Review 1：There was mouse poo in the bed! The staff changed the sheets and said that never happened before, but still! Breakfast was poor and the room shows wear and tear.

Review 3：Very clean, Beautiful sea view, staff were extremely helpful, The hotel is located 15 minutes from Chania airport ,There is a very beautiful beach about 20 mins drive named Seitam Lemania that's worth paying a visit. Near the hotel (3 km) is also a very nice restaurant called BAHAR with great food and service. You will definitely need a car to get around, but don't worry they also offer car rental for a very reasonable price and brand new cars. A big thanks to Tasos, Apostolos, George and the housekeepers.

Review 8：The main floor rooms do not have any priviacy, as they open onto main walkway. Ask for a upper floor room if possible, the views are better being higher. There was no place to sit inside the room.

Review 19：Good location! Not to far from the main city of Chania, but far enough to have a quiet environment. Great views of the water, nice amenities and courteous staff. The pool is convenient for days that you don't want to venture out to the beach, or if you have small children. We also liked that we had a car rental included with our stay!

Review 25：Hotel manager and man with beard very difficult to deal with and abrasive in light of issues like broken toilet and non-functional Wifi. Only friendly staff were tall thin woman bartender and airport driver. Far from anything at all including any decent food, only takeaway available (only when staff were asked). When arriving near midnight, not offered any snack food sold up until 11:30pm, told to walk 5 min and might get lucky with a closing restaurant (which was actually a brisk 20 min walk - not offered a drive even though we just paid for airport transfer to get there). When planning final day told no airport transfer available at that time and when we arrived at the airport the hotel driver was waiting for an arriving flight, so was obviously available since he was going anyway.

The staff are so attentive to everything you need. The area has many nice wild spots to visit. Nice beaches and good restaurants. Review 53：We loved this hotel. It is newly refurnished, has amazing views and the pool area is spectacular. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The on site car rental was very affordable. You must have a car at this location. If we get a chance to travel to Crete again we will definitely stay here again.

They had very comfortable outdoor seating for both dining and lounging poolside!! It was close enough to all amenities yet far enough away to allow for a peaceful and quiet holiday. The staff was so welcoming and friendly and felt like family by the end of our stay. They were also very informative in regards to sightseeing locations around the island!

Review 57：One of the most idyllic places we ever stayed at. Alle appartments are located less than one hundred metres from the rocky seaside. Wonderful pool, superb sunset every evening, ideally located for excursions, splendid new swimming pool, very helpful and friendly staff... . This is a place you can only talk about in superlatives.

Review 58：Breakfast is little uninventive, exactly the same every day. It would be great to have paper/plastic recycling facility in the resort and switch to more human and environment friendly floor and cleaning detergents. Agressive old style chemicals are applied in guest rooms on daily basis, which is not healhy to breath, and especially when having kids "utilizing" the floors commonly.

Review 59：This place has an excellent location if you like space during your holiday as opposed to city buzz. It is ideal for families with kids, couples, solo travelers. Both the reception staff and cleaning staff are very kind and cooperative. Convenient distances to travel to the main city of the region Chania.

Review 61：The place is quiet and relaxed and away from the turistic areas. Maybe a bit remote for some people. Rent a car to get around. Drive to the other side of the peninsula if it is windy at the Kavos-side. Maratha on the other side has a very nice beach and small restaurants.

Review 71：We spent 2 weeks at Kavos Hotel and I have to say, it was the best holiday of my life. The staff were friendly, helpful and we always saw smile on their face. The three guys, Yannis the manager, Tassos and Apostole in the bar and reception made the atmosphere warm and relaxing. The area was beautiful and quiet, we could watch the sunset from our balcony what was amazing and romantic whit my wife. The room service perfect, there was always cleanliness in our apartment. My wife was amazed by the towel creatures made by the cleaner girls, it was a lovely plus which made our days joyful. Car rental service is available at site and it is so useful, as you have to drive a couple of minutes to find sandy beaches, restaurants or shops, and approximately 20 minutes drive to Chania Town. The rental price was reasonable and the cars were in good condition. We enjoyed every minutes and will be back as soon as possible.

Review 73：Location is quite remote, but offers excellent conditions for relaxation. Rooms are very clean, bathroom is big, modern and very well maintained. Cleaning is made every day, towels are changed every 2 days and bed sheets every 3 days. Air condition working just fine. We had a ground floor room with a superb porch having sea/garden/pool view. We enjoyed spending every day few minutes just enjoying the view over a drink. Breakfast is continental and for us was enough (ham, cheese, jams, boiled eggs, yoghurt, juices, fruits, tea and coffee). Personnel is extremely friendly and helpful. Pool is very clean with sea water. Car renting available at very convenient prices and conditions.
