Review 1：The twin room was a little small and the furniture a bit dated.

Review 2：The restaurant and communal areas are very characterful and are a great feature for guests. The beach was very clean and pool a nice family feature. The staff were very helpful and friendly . The showers were great and the balcony over looking the garden and sea sublime. It was located a quiet and easy to access location. I would say the best in Baia Dominzia.

Review 3：Poor access to internet connexion limited to the living room. Not being able to have breakfast (or diner ) under the terrace. Lack of fresh fruits for breakfast.

Review 14：The showers are small for larger people and in-room wifi would beextremely helpful. Unlike a Moscow reviewer though the outside andsurroundings of the hotel are tidy.

We particularly appreciated the owners offer tolet us have an additional room for free, now that booking.com misquotedthe hotel for having a triple room with the possibility to have an extrabed. The recent swimming pool is a nice addition.

Review 18：WIFI works only at lobby area and it does't work everyday. The rooms are tiny and most furniture are old. The service is a real issue of the hotel. Front desk man is emotionally unstable and could not handle guest complains with respect. You should ask menu with prices at the restaurant (by default you receive menu without prices) and you could find the bill amount only at front desk. There is no triple room at this hotel, just single & double. They have only 2 suites and they don't sell suites at booking.com. Be prepared for 17 EUR per day for beach chairs & umbrella rental. The area outside the hotel is dirty, but it's the issue of the Napoli region. Lacio region are mach more cleaner. It's not looks like 4 star hotel. 2*+ are more fair value of this hotel.

Review 19：This is the hotel with some charm of old time hotel. Rooms and hotel area are clean. The food in the restaurant is good.
