Review 1：Everything. Right from staff services to the hotel property and location to the food. Considering the pricing, there is absolutely no value for money. The least that can be done to justify the pricing is to ensure courteousness of the staff and prompt services.

Review 3：Very dirty carpets at room floor. Shower very dirty and old. The roof terras is complete a joke; not a proper swimming pool, all dirty and no tables or chairs. The personnel at reception not honest about dinner prices, they said 499 Rupees but added taxes and charges for services while they did not announce at the first place. Wifi is very slow.

Review 4：The rate what we had booked was different we were told 10% tax is excluding the payment option was to be paid at the hotel and the hotel staff charged different rate after inquiring why was the difference they made up excuse that the taxes were 18% and not 10% this should have been informed at the time of booking

Review 6：We came for marriage in vashi and I booked a smaller room but when i reached hotel staff upgraded my room without any charge . Rooms were very clean. I enjoyed my stay .

Review 9：The person who initially received us at reception Raj we found aloof and customer unfriendly if not actually hostile. It made us wonder if we had made a mistake in choosing this place until Jitesh came and resolved the issue. We were coming after a 12 hour drive and were tired. I had done the booking and had an identity proof but my wife couldn't lay her hands on her license which was her own id proof. Note that there was no information on the website or in booking.com that identity proofs of all people in room would be required. Thankfully this was resolved by Jitesh.

Review 10：Room was upgraded to club without our having to ask. Room was comfortable and facilities good. Room service was prompt and friendly. At reception, Jitesh helped us to get checked in and smooth away our problems. They also kindly ironed 2 of my clothes. All in all good value and a comfortable stay.

Review 15：Received excellent support from all level of the staffs starting from bell boy, the front desk during check in/out,IT guy, room service, housekeeping and restaurant. The room and bathroom are clean, the bed is comfortable. Taxi is easily available, just inform the front desk.

It was there just to cover an open trap in the floor!- Hot water was turned off for the maintenance works going on with just a 2 min notice and hence we had to take a cold shower!!
