Review 1：There was no hot water , maintainance issue ! My Dad is in his mid 70's , no one helped him with his bags either during check in or out . It qualifies as a 2 star restaurant . Service at the restaurant was also very average .

Review 2：Starting from entrance, You would find no one at the entrance to welcome you with a smile except for a weak security check. No hostess who helped us carry our bags or to show the direction to our room, i had to personally ask to the receptionist the direction. In room, Tea makers were not cleaned and previously used water was still inside the tea maker, which is again a serious loop from maintenance dept. Water Jugs were not available, bottled water is only half a ltrs for 2 people in a room. Small things which could have been managed better was missing. I have been to many other hotels, however park could not be better than the previous experience.

Review 3：The Location and the peace in the surrounding was the only thing good about the The park.

Review 4：Not actually a 5*4* Star hotel(doesn't feel like one). Things mention while booking was wrongly informed to us. The whole property doesn't have bathtub but its mention on its list. and also the there was issue regarding getting a smoking room.they said they do not have any smoking room first,then gave one to us after 1 hour.

Review 6：Great breakfast is included. Being outside of Mumbai proper it makes it easy to head East (toward Lonavla, Pune, etc.) in the morning and bypass the worst of the commuter traffic.

Review 7：Rooms on the highway side are noisy and drivers are horning day and .....night! Surroundings are a bit rough. Is really South of Navi Mumbai.

Review 8：Rooms are spaceful and well equipped. Food is delicious. Location is conveniently close to the highway. Only 30 minutes to the Airport at 5 am in the morning.

Review 11：Total booking was 4 days broken in 2 days each. First 2 days were booked on 29th July vide booking no 470.180.519 however the hotel charged me different on 31st and higher on 1st Aug Rs 4200. Unable understand why this was done and the reception told me it was vouched by you like this. This needs to be verified why the rates were different for each day when it was booked at one time. Will appreciate your quick response in this matter.

Review 14：Worst experience with this property it's floors were dirty and was upgraded to so called suit room thanks God they didn't show the deluxedelux . Any I have booked this property thru booking.com, my advice is to remove this property from there list of hotels. Further I just checked in and checked our in ten mins and had to pay the full price I was so upset that I dint even thought to doing any argument. Paid them and felt the property, non of the property manager or gm even tried to convince me to stay. Lady on the reception said it fine if u dint like the room you can pay and go. This was my worst ever experiences with the park I regularly stay at the park in kolkata and Delhi. Final I stayed in Sahara Star in Mumbai Thanks to booking .com I had to pay for 2 nits just for staying one night .

(Chilled is not good and room temperature isn't the 32 degrees from India) The family parties held in this hotel give lots of noise during the evening. There wasn't any water pressure in the shower. The carpets, furniture and room/bathroom finishing were crying for renewing. Even the lifts weren't up to the latest standards. It just not worth the 5 stars, maximum 3 this should also adjust the price per night.

Review 95：The bathroom shower and the area outside the shower enclosure appeared and felt slippery due to the marble flooring. The shower stall could be redesigned with enclosures and non-slippery flooring as in the west, even if it does not provide a bath-tub.
