Review 1：Cleanliness was good except for the walls not wiped from squashed mosquitoes left there by earlier guests

Review 2：The all-inclusive food was average but for the price still a great deal. Central location in Kolympia.

Review 3：Food was awful- you get every day almost same food with little changes. Meet was burnt, fish (same fish during our stay) was disgusting. It is a very cheap hotel and you get what you pay for.

Review 4：I really liked hotel location and the fact that staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. They changed our rooms quickly after having some problems.

Review 5：Bar staff could have been more cheerful. A cupboard housing the fridge in our room made it hard to squeeze past the end of the bed. TV barely functioned. No entertainment whatsoever in the hotel or the resort.

Review 13：Rooms have older generation aircon - not good for those with asthma orallergies. Pool area very small and crowded. Water in pool always verycloudy. Loud music often. Also, easy to forget you're in Greecehere. Caters to a mainly Eastern European clientele; most signs and infoabout excursions are in Czech. The village of Kolymbia is totally atourist town and not for those who want to experience real Rhodes.

Review 14：Room cleaned well every day (but windows behind curtains were filthy).Large buffet but it's mainly cafeteria food. Cold reception uponarrival but a very nice Greek lady we met at reception later was alwayswilling to give information and advice. Fortunately we had rented a carand went exploring every day around the island. There was a Greek musicand dancing show one evening - only really authentic Greek moment thewhole week we were at this hotel.

Review 15：Wi-for is VERY slow. The bath doesn't have curtain hence it is not possible to take a shower without causing a minor flood.

Review 17：We are from St. Petersburg.Rested at the hotel Kolymbia San in July 2015 2 adults, 2 kids and a dog. The hotel is small but very cozy, ideal for families with children. The hotel food is very tasty and varied : a lot of vegetables and fruits, pastries, delicious meat on the fire, every day soup ! To the sea 5 minutes walk, the hotel has a pool with a slide. The hotel was Greek night!!! We loved it!!! Sang and played by professional musicians and it went 6 dancers, danced to our hotel.Many thanks to the staff!!! Despina at the reception is always nice and helpful, Manager Manuel modest and attentive, the waiters Gigas and Janis - thanks for the good attitude! Dasha-animator,Polina and Fedor say Hello! Review 19：Air conditioner was not working, instead of it don't open the window mosquitos will kill you.. Poor quality of food, they don't even change bed sheets ones since 5 days, you can not have a shower because it's for baby's I think minor size of bath stone if you close the bath curtain you stuck in bath between walls and curtain, there is a water tab in pool area don't drink it its salty...

Review 24：Location, location, location! Kolymbia sun is well located between three beautiful beaches on the east coast of Rhodes. It is situated between Rhodes town and Lindos. Kolymbia sun itself is a cozy little hotel with super friendly staff. Especially Despina from the reception desk was never getting tired to answer all our questions and giving us usefull advice. The greek food which was included in the hotel rate was very nice too! Furthermore, I personally dont like huge beach resorts, therefore I found the size quite good.

Review 30：For Greek consulate I had to give confirmation of prepayment of hotel urgently. I called to hotel, explained situation and , thanks to Manuel, he processed transaction and I got letter from him in half an hour by mail. I am very grateful for his immediate reaction. When we arrived we got almost all what we asked for: silent room with nice view, tea kettle, water etc. I really loved our staying there. Perfect location , near the sea. Wonderful beaches. We got massage by their advice at hotel near by. It was perfect quality and service.

Review 55：breakfast & dinner ok,average for the price and standard of the hotel.soup and not well cooked pasta (far from al dente) shouldn't been offered,i'm sure the lady in the kitchen could do much better. One thing has bordered me a lot,the keys presentation at the front desk,guest left their rooms keys there while not in the room or hotel and anybody just could grab one during the day while the reception is (sometimes) not supervised.

Review 57：The area was quite a tourist trap, we weren't able to find a typicallittle Greek restaurant. However we didn't have a car so I'msure with a bit of searching there would be one about! Also breakfast isonly until 930 which can be a bit harsh on the first few days with the 2hour time difference.

Review 58：Kolymbia sun is a fantastic hotel with a wonderful atmosphere andfriendly, helpful staff. The pool is lovely, rooms are reasonably sized,and the food is what you would expect. The hotel itself is distancedperfectly between a nice beach (at most 10 minutes!) and plenty ofrestaurants and shops. Overall we had a brilliant time and woulddefinitely stay again!

The Hotel is near a fabolous Kolymbiabeach and by walking only it takes 5 min to reach beach from Hotel.Hotel has lots of cocktail choices and other alcoholic drinks. At thebeginning of holiday, hotel bring a bottle of wine and fruit in to theroom. The staff was very friendly to us. And also because of we areMuslim, the staff cooked some special halal foods to us. Maralenia,Dominica, Anna and the great boss Manolis were very lovely and friendly.There was Greek night in thursday, it was great. I strongly recommendkolymbia sun to everybody who wants to relax and Have a rest.

Review 61：A bit smelly, furniture is mixed - very old with almost brand new. Breakfast and drinks at breakfast are average. Bathroom is OK but there was no hook to hang the shower. Curtain in bathroom is not long enough, so the water spilled over the floor. Aircon is very old and it is hard to get comfortable temperature. Not the hotel's fault: bit far from beaches, all beaches are overcrowded, almost no places without sunbeads (to rest on your own towel). Didn't like Kolymbia at all - it's better to stay in other place (e.g. Afandou) or rent a car or scooter for the whole stay to have an opportunity to escape touristic areas.

Review 62：Cheap (got a room for 40 EUR) but clean hotel. Staff is good but could be more polite (receptionists are great, but at dining room...). Good location in the centre of village, close to tavernas, shops and renting companies, but a bit far from beaches - 10 minutes walk at midday could be challenging (it's NOT 100m from the beach as someone stated). Good place to spend 1-3 nights and to rent a car or scooter to get to beaches. Perfect as a base camp for exploring neighborhoods if you rent a car or scooter.

Review 66：It is 3*hotel with personal touch and 5*cusine. The smaller hotel is familly owned, where you can meet the manager every day and he greets you. Greek personal speaks perfect english but also some one can speak czech and slovak. The cuisin was exceptional. Food never runs out and is delicious, tasty and fresh. All kinds of fresh salads every day and fruits! (all kinds of melons, peaches, oranges, apricots, cherries..). Fresh fish every day, sea food, calf, mussels and especialy the dezerts were fresh, nice looking, like from the french pastry shop.
