Review 1：The all inclusive finished at 11pm and the drinks are expensive in comparison to the surrounding bars!

Review 7：Hotel room on poolside was amazing location! The pool itself is gloriously warm and rather large. The all inclusive food was good BUT I would have preferred at least one healthy option (meal) per sitting for lunch and dinner. Grilled meats instead of fried would have made a big difference. My comment is not a criticism based on bad quality and rather that I like to watch what I eat. Staff seem happy and are always helpful. I loved it and it was my second time at the hotel. Recommend.

Review 8：U had to get up really early if you wanted a sunbed, all inclusive finished at 11pm, drinks were not very nice, staff all seemed unhappy, hardly any English people at this hotel. Hardly any entertainment either

Review 9：free wifi is correct, how ever.. you wont be able to use it except for at the lobby or if you're very lucky, get a weak signal by the pool. on the other hand.. that's the standard in the hole island. if you're a gym fanatic like me - not the gym for you (two treadmills and that's about it) - yet again.. you wont get any better anywhere else.

Review 10：the hotel is very good. high class all together. the hotel has a great (but small) beach in front of it and is located at the heart of hersonissos night life. the rooms are great - 5 star kind of feel to them.

Review 15：Salt water pool aggravated the skin and eyes after a few days so shower off when leaving the pool. Hotel beach wasn't the best but there are several other beautiful beaches nearby. We also had a bad experience when arriving at the hotel. We arrived after making a 13 hour journey overnight with little or no sleep and the reception welcomed us by trying to ship us off to a hotel 3 kilometres down the road, due to the popularity of Silva Beach. Although the offered hotel was a slight upgrade, it was extremely unwelcoming only minutes after we has arrived. That said, however, we had no more problems from then on.

Review 16：Spacious modern room and balcony, lively hotel with entertainment monday-saturday, fantastic range of foods and drinks during meal times, given early check in (supposed to check in at 3pm but the room was ready for 8:30am!). The staff overall were fantastic. Given that the hotel was fully booked, we didn't experience any problems with this - more than enough food and drinks, pool not overcrowded, not overly noisy, etc.

Review 20：On arrival the reception staff did make a wait a while for a room even though we'd emailed ahead to let them know of our early arrival, then they tried to give us "an upgraded" room which when we were shown to it was no such thing! We got the impression it was just the next available one! But they honoured our original booking and moved us to the room we'd reserved.

Review 21：The hotel was absolutely the spotless, the bar and restaurant staff were meticulous and worked really hard to maintain a brilliant level of service. The location was great, at the end of the main street, a really short distance to bars, restaurants and shops. Only a short transfer from Heraklion airport Our family annex room was huge, with a big comfy bed and separate lounge area. The house keepers were also absolutely brilliant. Food was amazing, the choice was as good as any AI i've ever been too and the bar had a wide range of drinks. The pool areas were beautiful, plenty of sun beds and the views were to die for! Absolutely loved it!

Review 27：The food was great and tasty, plenty of choices for main meals. Variety of drinks offered, incl. also coctails. Main restaurant located just by the beach promenade so very beautiful when sitting outside. The location was great, on the beach and just few steps from the city center - but you couldn´t hear the noise from the street which was perfect. We really appreciated that there were only few children in the hotel (without children would be even better :-) ). Room was nice, simple but clean, with very quiet air-con and flat TV. Room with sea-view was great. Overall great impression and would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Review 28：Well I really didn't like the location, but if: _ you are a cheesy person (well actually don't know if cheesy people are aware of their chessiness ) _if you are looking for some easy romance _if you wanna get drunk with cheap alcohol then go to Chersonissos! You will be happy there! Really dont recommend the location, besides that the hotel is pretty good.

The problem of people reserving sunbeds early in the morning and keeping them all day, but this is a problem for many hotels and hard to deal with. Its the guests that need to be more considerate.
