Review 1：The food could be better. The hot food was not hot it was Luke warm at best. They seem to pre cook everything and let it go cool like party food. Lot of the food was bland. I think they need cooking lessons. The hotel behind was very noisy from 19.00 hours till 23.00 hours but quiet after that. NO bar to speak of if you looking for drink in evening. Any exercise equipment was poor as table tennis and rear of hotel scruffy. Suppose to be adult only but were children around ???.

Review 2：Good central location for viewing the island. the pool was good although small was clean. however the area of the pool was on a street corner and buses stopped outside every ten minutes.The rooms were cleaned every day and were of good size and comfy.

Review 8：Absoluetely, this hotel is one of the best hotel in Rhodes. The staff, the food the rooms, the equipments of these rooms are superb. The Hotelier (boss of these hotels group) is a noble, helpful, inteligligent man.

The "fitness area" consists of 6 old piece of equipmentoutside! Good luck with working out in 40 deg. No idea how this hotelgot 4 stars and such a high mark. 8.9 is just absurd!!! I would notrecommend this place.

Breakfast was good, you can make upgrade to all inclusive just for 20 euro per day per person, otherwise you can tale buffet dinner for 12 euro (they make every day different food, Greek dinner or Italian, Spanish, American etc.) or lunch buffet for 10 euro. Very clean sea. We stay first - second week of May. Not so many people at the beach in this period. The most great vocation we ever have!!!! Thank you very much!

I took massage once and it was very good, especially since I pulled a muscle on my leg swimming some days before. When I sat for (optional) supper, I was asked by waiter in my native language.

Review 45：The only thing I missed was a "do not disturb" sign as the cleaning lady was knocking on our door already at 8.30 on a couple of mornings. Also air conditioning was not working, but as it was October and not so hot we didn't complain so don't know if it could have been fixed.

Review 46：Perfect place for relaxation. Really nice and helpful staff responded quickly to every request or question we had. We were made feel very welcome to the hotel. Sufficient breakfast, selection of exotic fruits on one morning was a nice touch. Also had dinner once at the hotel on Greek evening with tasty traditional dishes. Location was just a short walk from the town with plenty of restaurants and shops. Bus to Rhodes town left from right in front of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Review 47：The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to use their main computer to book further accommodation elsewhere on our travels. Access to the beach was easy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Carelessly, we left something at the hotel and the efficient manner in which this was handled by the management was most impressive.

Review 48：Balconies are big while walls between them are low, so you might see your neighbors arranging their swimming costumes on clothes-horse. Or even look inside their rooms. And you neighbors can do it as well. Sometimes it is noisy because the balcony goes to the road with local and tourist buses and cars. But traffic is very poor so not too disturbing. Air condition seemed to us noisy so we turned it off that caused opening the balcony and insect noise from outside. Internet is ok but often interrupts so you need to input password and code again and again - could be better.

Review 49：Nice and silent place, in 3 min walk to the sea. The beach is good (small stones and sand), water is clean, no plants or big stones under the water. Personnel is very nice. Food is rich and ok. Dinner for Eur 12 means good buffet. No animation in the hotel that is great. The massage: we didn't try. Local bus bringing you to Tzambika beach (15 min) and Rhodes town stops right on the corner near the small shop that offers some fruits, drinks, beach stuff and souvenirs. (Tzambika is sand beach but it has no hotels, so this might be a solution). Clothes-horse is on balcony, iron in the room. A bottle of red wine, water, juice and tea (kettle is in the room) was offered.

Review 50：What I really liked was the pool bar. They had some great cocktails there at a very good price, and great service. The owner and her son were also wonderful and know good hospitality so I don't have any hesitation recommending this hotel to other travellers!

Review 51：Cleaning ladies were very loud: they were laughing loudly in front of guests rooms, banging the doors in the morning, knocking violently to the door for cleaning. Sometimes I was wandering if they do it on purpose to finish work earlier. It was impossible to sleep longer than normal working day though it was our holiday. Lady in restaurant was always unhappy that we were coming on the breakfast 9:45. She was complaining that she was not be able to close restaurant at 10:00 thought breakfast was until 10:00 so even if someone will come at 9:55 should be able to eat. And if they want to close at 10:00 they should serve breakfast until 9:30. In any case she should talk to her manager about it not complain to the guest and make them feel unwelcome. We had very big room but we didn’t have dark curtain in window to hide from sun – I believe it’s nice detail that hotels should think about. Our room was connected with hotel spa so we heard absolutely everything what was going on in spa center, every single guests. And when we heard someone making spa treatment at 5:30 a.m. we thought it was just inacceptable. Relaxing music was our companion everyday 9-21 – we wanted or not. Wi fi was good but only in reception in our room was difficult to get it.

Review 52：We had very big room. Gym that we used was nice detail. Staff in reception was nice and helpful, especially Dimitra that is the sunshine of the place. Barmen on the swimming pool were very nice also. We had only breakfast there but it was quite good.

Review 83：We would have liked to be able to get a snack at lunchtime as we were only b&b and the nearest Taverna was at least 10/15 minutes walk. However we solved this as the hotel supermarket sold filled rolls and we had these on our balcony.

Review 87：Staff were outstanding and made me feel welcome and special. It was an unexpected delight to be greeted with a glass of wine. Each day of my stay I was meet with kind and considerate staff who helped me with transportation and questions about activities. It was enjoyable to have a stay without children running around screaming and playing in the pool. The hotel serves excellent breakfasts and dinners. Breakfast buffet was complete with freshly squeezed orange juice and great coffee, which I liked very much.

Review 88：Greeting with welcome drinks at the reception was very nice. Free Spa and minibar offer were also kind. We had boiler, coffee, tea, water, fruit juice and one big bottle of wine in minibar and all those were free. The rooms were really big, clean and comfortable. The scene from the balcony was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with many variety. There is a big supermarket just opposite to the hotel, where you can find anything you need. The hotel was really a luxury hotel but we had early reservation so did not pay so much. It really worth (even more) what we had paid.

Review 89：Fighting aircon to get comfortable temperature is not what you expect on vacation. Old bathroom facilities. Small pool, and small territory. Poor WiFi coverage (room #212 - only at the balcony). Prices are too high for this quality. Not the hotel's fault: a bit far from the central street, beach is overcrowded, almost no places without sunbeads (to rest on your own towel). Didn't like Kolymbia at all - it's better to stay in other place (e.g. Afandou) or rent a car or scooter for the whole stay to have an opportunity to escape touristic areas.

Review 90：Very helpful staff, just talk to Dimitra or Eugenia to get advices about where to go for lunch or dinner. Excellent breakfast (other guests say the dinner is perfect but we never tried), clean rooms, but need some renovation (bathroom facilities and aircon). Relaxation bath is a good free extra - can recommend it 2-3 days before leaving Greece to renew your skin after a week of sunbathing.

Review 91：Very friendly and helpful staff, close to the sea with a nice beach with clear water and a variety of sports and entertaiment. The hotel is in a quiet location, which gives an opportunity for rest and own pace of vacation.

Review 92：Breakfast was a bit average, there was not always fresh fruit, the coffee was poor and the yoghurt was not great. I wished they had provided us with more milk and coffee in the rooms, there was a sign saying you have to pay if you want it to be re-stocked, which was a little silly I thought.

Review 93：Close to the beach, very easy to walk down for a quick dip in the sea. The russian girl on reception was really lovely. It was awesome to be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and she gave us lots of great advice about what to do on the island. The massage lady was fantastic, she found all the sore spots without me telling her. We had a nice balcony and a sea view, it was quite hot so we had the choice of using the air conditioner or letting a breeze flow through the room.

Review 94：What I hated most was the terrible communication, 'cause when I wentdown to tell that there was no hot water, for the coming 3 hours every30 minutes I was promised that the hot water would come. I stayed up'till 1 in the night in the hope to get a warm shower. Nothing, onlyfalse promises. Also, the food choice for vegetarians is almost zero,which is a pity. The location is also not really good, you're in themiddle of nowhere in a very small village, everything is verytouristical and to get to any beach except the one in front of the hotelyou need to rent a scooter or a car. Last year we stayed here 3 days,and that was okay, but this year a week was too much of time in thissmall place.

Review 95：I liked the fact that we got an upgrade to a vip room because we stayedhere the year before. It had a jaccuzzi (though we weren't able touse it the first 2 days since there was no hot water at all... Becausethere was no sun, and the owners didn't want to put on theelectrical boilers since that costs extra money). The room was huge,which is nice, but it was also next to the spa center, which means thatwe had to listen to relax music all evening since the isolation wasbad. The rooms are nicely decorated, with some 'art piece' inevery room.

Review 101：We stayed here for 13 days in an "Executive Room" (from 5 till 18 May 2013) and were very satisfied with the "value for money". Breakfast buffet is good (a.o. daily fresh orange juice!), the room was spacious, the mattress very good, the jacuzzi fine. The personnel and management are very helpful and have a very customer-oriented attitude. E.g. one day we had no hot water in the afternoon, because part of the water heating installation had not been put on. As it took 3 hours to solve this, we were compensated with a free dinner that evening. Nice!

They have also a good bar for romantic nights, with good drinks, high professional barmans and reasonable prices.You can buy all you need in the store next to the hotel.
