12 Islands Villas sells fast on our site. Just 1,000 feet from the beach of Kolympia in Rhodes, 12 Islands is a complex of spacious, independent villas. Each unit features free Wi-Fi and a furnished terrace or balcony with Aegean Sea or countryside views.
All air-conditioned 12 Islands villas include 3 bedrooms, modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave and a large dining area. A sitting room with a TV and DVD player is provided. One of the 2 bathrooms features a hot tub.
Outside each villa there is a landscaped, walled garden with BBQ facilities. Some villas have a private pool with lounge chairs and sun umbrellas.
Central Kolympia with a wide range of shops and restaurants is 300 feet from the property. The medieval Old Town of Rhodes is 16 miles away. Free private parking is available on site in a shaded area.

Review 1：Everything was perfect!

Review 2：We stayed in the pink villa (lots of sun in the off season). We loved the peaceful location of the villa and it was very beautiful! While it was quiet, it was also central/close to Rodos, Lindos, and other towns. It was only my friend and I, but a big group of friends or 1-3 families would have plenty of room! Three spacious bedrooms open up to a beautiful private pool with comfortable sun beds. The kitchen is very modern and we had a great stay - complete with a welcome basket of champagne, wine, fruits, other drinks, and snacks! The (free) tandem bike was a fun plus! Manuel and his mother are just lovely and happy to help with anything that you need. I would recommend staying here!

Review 7：Everything was great and perfect. Owner of 12 Islands Villas, Kolymbia Sun Family Resort and Kolymbia Bay Art Adults is same and his name is Manuel. He is so friendly and hospitable. He did everything for making us more comfortable. If you will go Rhodes, stay one of these hotels absolutely.

Review 8：The villa was superb. The operators even let us use another villa for a while, because we had a late flight ( free of charge ). I consider this to be exceptional service.

Review 9：We stayed in Villa Karpathos and we really enjoyed our stay and extended tree more nights. 3 bedroom villa with a private pool with all kitchen facilities is ideal for large family. If you are tired of long ques, timings and crowd of the hotels 12 Island Villas are hardly suggested for a relax holiday on your privacy.

Review 21：Only 15 min. walk from the beach and a wonderful restaurant just 2 meters from the sea. Heated swimming pool, free internet, clean, kitchen facilities, great barbecue.

Review 22：Showers are a bit small and difficult to get in to. Had an encounter with a huge and endangered (but venomous) ladybird spider in the otherwise terrific pool area.

Review 23：Friendly and very helpful staff that accomodated all our needs. The facilities were excellent for a family vacation were the main purpose was to spend time together and have some extra space, comfort and luxury. The location was good for day trips to different places, e.g. Lindos and Rhodes city are less than 30 minutes away.

Review 26：Staying here felt like a touch of luxury. The place was beautiful, very spacious, private pool. Getting breakfast included was very inexpensive for a group of 4. Manuel helped us before our trip to arrange a rental car (much needed), and anything else we needed. He went above and beyond for us!

Review 27：there was nothing that I didn't like about this facility and the manager check up on me every day to see if I needed anything. arrived from USA and I have stayed on the island every year and will do so again at this location.

The staff were very very friendly and the refrigerator was stocked with four or five bottles of water a few bottles of lemonade a few bottles of wine and beer all complementary.the manager upgraded my unit to the heated swimming pool at no charge the location near the beach is perfect I would stay here again this summer when I come back with my family and look forward to seeing the staff again.the facility has a full kitchen very modern washing machine iron and jacuzzi tub was very very pleasantly surprised.

Review 29：Location was good, just far enough out to to be restful and still close enough to enjoy everything. The villas allow you the chance to live like a local. The full size kitchen is great. Your own pool & BBQ is also a plus. Everything you would ever want is provided. The welcome pack is also a thoughtful touch.

Review 30：I with my wife and our little Solomiia enjoyed a lot our stay in a villa of 12 island villas. Everything was just perfect since the beginning. Manuel answered always immediately by email to all our questions. He organized transfer for us from airport and a rental car arrived to our villa. The villa was big, 3 sleeping rooms, kitchen and living room, two bathrooms, private pool, barbeque. We found an excellent welcome package with water, sparkling wine, beer, dry wine, juices, water and greek sweets. They even invited us at dinner and to assist to a greek folkloristic group in a near hotel belonging to their group of hotel.

Review 31：For those who depend on technology, you may be disappointed with the Wi-Fi (which only accommodates two connections at one time) or the TV (which didn't pick up anything). The location too is a bit further from the beach than we thought (10-12 min walk), but is similarly close to bars, stores, restaurants, which makes for a great location. It is very easy to get around by foot. But there is really nothing not to like about this place.

Review 32：Fantastic value and location in an under appreciated area; the Island of Rhodes offers a number of benefits, and offers far more value-for-money than other areas in the Aegean; the family which runs the villas is hospitable, helpful and always demonstrated a willingness to enhance our stay and accommodate our wishes. The villas themselves are fully stocked and quite comfortable. Highly recommended.

Review 45：The villa area was clean, but some of the surrounding areas (i.e. not areas owned by 12 Island Villas) were run down, but this seems to be the case for a lot of areas that we visited in Rhodes. I would check out the location on Google maps to have a better idea of where the villas are situated.

Review 46：We visited Greece in early April, which is just at the start of the tourist season. Therefore, we got an awesome rate on our villa. The owners were very kind and villa was amazing with all the comforts of home. We have never stayed in such a nice villa for such a great price.

Review 53：The villa is amazing! it's huge (3 rooms), very equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic stove, etc...the rooms are very clean and well maintained. the pool is fun, clean and with a great patio to sit at. it's big enough for small family, very clean and well kept. Manolis, the manager is very friendly and easy going person. we only see him for 5 seconds on our 2nd day in the villa, but he was very nice and welcoming. They left for us fruits, 6 bootles of water, soda, champagne and more. whoever wants to cook for himself can do it easily- they have really equipped kitchen. the bbq corner looks really nice but we haven't got the time to use it :( the place is just far enough from the main street to have quiet, but close enough (although we used a car) to the main attractions and beaches. Overall it's the best value for money you can get and we definitely see us coming for the same place next year (We hope) it was more then we expected and give it 10 from 10!!! you will not be disappointed. thank you Manolis for your place and keep going!

Review 57：My husband & I travel a lot we rarely share our findings but this is fabulous truly worthed we spent 5 days in a huge Villa with Pool fully equiped wonderful BBQ area the location is perfect for everything sea, beaches, sightseeing, shopping the owner's mom gave us a map & shared the best secrets of the island + we had juice & water & chips & more upon our arrival they think of everything even the nice red wine & sparkling Rosee you find everything in Kolymbia we enjoyed visiting the Tsambika Monastry there's buses and rental cars or bikes or scooters just around the corner 2 groceries very close to the Villa lots of shops & night life truly a gem thank you for an amazing stay we will return you've got the best spot -:)

Review 58：Wi Fi connection looks like a ghost. Forget about viber and skype therebut it's better if you want to relax. Distance to beach is morethan one kilometer but in any case everybody try to hire car and it isnot a problem.

Review 63：Ok, the bath and shower needed a tad bit of work, but when I tried toclean it myself, it's there to stay! I'm assuming its justminerals in the water. And that is not much to complain about! The housewas well kept and beautiful :)

Review 64：There was so much we loved about our villa! It's clean and modern,the location was beautiful and peaceful, and close to everything wewanted to do and see! The terraces were lovely and so was the pool, thowe came in the wintertime and couldn't swim... It was still pretty!And there was a lovely garden right next to us that our kids loved! Teykept bringing snails to the owner :) He was very kind to take them! Andthey just kept sharing! The kids had a great time :) And both the ownerswere really helpful! They showed us around the house, and went over amap to show us how to get to whatever we wanted to go see, as soon as wegot there. Which was great! Because the map from the car rental placewas horrible! And when we asked where to get great food, they hadfabulous suggestions! And showing us where to go to see the 12 falls wasgreat! We want to come back as soon as we can! It was a marvelous tripand a wonderful villa!
