Review 1：The lobby doors are in need of painting and there was a water stain on the ceiling above the main staircase. The bar staff are a bit young and inexperienced. For example bringing a bottle of wine but not opening it and starting to lift dishes before we had completed our meal. It's the small things that make a difference.

Review 2：The bar and the food served were excellent. The hotel receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were nicely decorated with large comfortable beds and a roomy bathroom.

Review 3：No option at the carvery lunch for vegetarians(like myself), room service for breakfast is €6.50 per person which is quite expensive.

Review 4：Lovely decor, nicely sized rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. We really loved the Fuchsia massage from Margaret Rose it was top class and she was such a lovely woman, very warm and welcoming. The jacuzzi and pool facilities were all very good :)

Im on holiday so do not need the staff stressing me out when trying to gey booked in...room was cold... Booked a twin was gave a double...after the arguement at checkin decided to take what i was given as i didnt have the time or energy to argue.... Breakfast was bleak ... Children running around handling the food that was self service just made sure i ended up hungry... Staff watching the children handle the food and putting it back!!! Or licking the items then putting it back

Review 8：Room offer of up grade not worth it. Over busy bar and paid extra not a happy bunny without sleep , music going on until 2.45am. Changing rooms in the Health Centre need a little more cleaning and more attention to security as I was given a key to locker that was in use. Sauna Cold while Steam room was very hot.

Review 12：You can hear everything that goes on outside your room! Huge gap around the doors, lot of light coming in at night and heard alot of shouting and nose all night. Comfortable room but very small! Stayed in hotels £29 a night that looked the same. Lobby is stunning but once you get to the rooms i wasnt that impressed :( expensive per night for a basic room. Also had a room beside the road so was very nosey with traffic, and not a great biew with the petrol station across the road. Sorry :(

Review 26：this is a wonderful hotel, great welcome by all the staff and marvellous food, the beds are so comfy you just don't want to leave. I am a light sleeper but this hotel must be very quiet as I heard nothing all night, I have stayed here both mid week and weekends. They always have high standards, the leisure centre pool jacuzzi and steam room and sauna is very relaxing. The breakfast caters for all tastes and its not to be missed. We ate in the restaurant and bar and the food is top class in both areas.

Review 47：The girl on reception who helped us to check out after our stay was quite unpleasant but we didn't let this detract from the fact that all the other staff we encountered during our stay, including the housekeepers, night porter, bar and restaurant staff and the receptionist who checked us in were all very helpful.

Staff were courteous and friendly on arrival offering advice and service. Room was located to side of building offering a quiet nights sleep. Overall room was warm, plenty of hot water, towels, toiletries and really clean as was complete hotel. We ate at the Sunday carvery which was very good, and breakfast was just as nice with plenty of choice and friendly staff. will visit again.Busy place.

Review 55：Gorgeous and luxurious interior. Both lobby and bar are stunning. The bedroom was large,clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The pool area is beautiful although I found the changing facilities adequate but basic. The bar menu was extensive and competitively priced. Our food was delicious. Breakfast was great.

Traffic noise was a bit of a problem and when that stopped people returning to the hotel were noisy. The restaurant t was particularly poor value for money as was evidenced by the number of diners.

Review 62：I booked the hotel in booking.com for £130. This wasn't what i was charged by the hotel. They said they didnt have to honour price purchased at as we booked in sterling and they used euro. Cop out to get more money from us and we had already paid over the odds as there was a dancing competition on. Rooms for the week before and after our stay were £69. Also as we were at the competition there were lots of kids which the hotel didnt seem keen on catering for. Always complaining to teachers of mess in the competition hall. Totally uncall for. When staging any event u have to expect a certain degree of mess - thats why cleaners are employed. The extra money charged to the rooms would have more than covered this. Also free wifi was a joke didnt work throughout r entire stay. Staff wernt interested. Just said theres to many using it. No one in our company could get on to it

Weights room needs refurbishing gym very small.
