Within 1,000 feet from Kamares Beach in Sifnos, the Cycladic-style Xerolithia features a snack bar and a pool with a sea-view sun terrace. It offers free Wi-Fi in all areas and air-conditioned units with a private balcony or patio.

Review 1：It was just perfect! We went for just 4 days and we definitely would have stayed one more week. The room with sea view was stunning. I could see the sunset from the window lied down in bed. Lovely staff, yummy breakfast. I would recommend to everyone. Keep it up! :-)

Review 5：The proprietor of the hotel (Irene) was ever present, providing local info, facilitating car rentals etc. We were impressed with the quality of the materials for the fabulous buffet breakfast (the coffee and the jams) which she selected herself using small suppliers from all over Greece. Irene was instrumental in making our stay unforgettable.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable bed, AC and ceiling fan helped to stay cool, bathroom was modern and practical. Dimitris and his wife and the rest of the staff were very hospitable. We will definetely come back.

Review 26：The hotel is just a 5 min walk from the harbour centre named Kamares. Clean hotel and rooms, comfy bed, pool-side breakfast place. Buffé breakfast with a good range to choose from. A 4 min walk takes you from the hotel to the bus station (to get to Apollonia/other sights at Sifnos). Friendly welcoming staff, drove us to the ferry gate in the morning. Kudos!

Review 28：The view was breathtaking, the breakfast was delicious and the people friendly and kind. The hotel was very clean and although we booked a garden view room, they gave us a sea view one, without extra charging. Kamares beach is only a few minutes walking which is a big plus if you don't want to drive to go to a beach.

Review 31：Wonderful staff: Dimitrios met us at the ferry dock, and they also prepared breakfast early for us on the day of departure so we could eat before catching an early ferry. The rooms are basic but modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent: good variety and several home-made items served on delightful shady terrace. We would definitely stay here again.

We were picked up by Dimitris from the port and he kindly dropped our bags off for the return ferry. This hotel deserves to be successful as everyone works very hard to bring comfort to the guests.

Review 38：Friendly atmosphere with excellent customer service. The rooms are new and of a minimal design with a great view of Kamares. Close to the beach and all amenities but on a quiet street where you can relax away from the fuss. I would definately recommend it.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, well decorated and very clean. The breakfast was quite fulfilling. The beach and the restaurants are very close by (walking distance).

Everything was great..view, clean, transport from and to the port, location but most of all the willing to help you from the owners. We know where to stay if we choose Sifnos again.

Review 105：Everything about the hotel was perfect! It only opened in May so everything is new and spotlessly clean. The rooms are decorated in a minimalistic style with modern furnishings. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in!! Irinie was the most wonderful host, she looked after us so well! The breakfast was simple but delicious, eggs, bacon, cereal, yoghurt, bread, coffee, juice etc. The location is excellent - about 300m from the port of Kamares and the beach. We spent most of our time lazing around the beautiful pool during the day and then wandering down to Kamares at night for delicious dinners.
