Review 1：Check-in and Check-out took lot of time. Staff on front desk was not efficient and also very rude. They need special training how to deal and behave with the customers. Further, as per my booking, I asked for a One king size bed double room which is non-smoking but i was provided one double room with two single beds and it was on floor permitted for smoking. Smell of smoking was on entire floor which was highly disturbing.

Review 2：not worth for the price. Also inside the room the corner of the bath room outside side moving to the bed is hitting the feet always.

Review 4：Booked for 3 nights. Very good breakfast buffet spread. Even the a-la-carte food was tasty. Attentive staff at the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception and bell desk. Housekeeping staff are prompt and keep the rooms very clean.Bathrooms were spotless.

Review 5：Check in took along time I booked Online check in should take 10 minutes My two friends and I took about 50 minutes you have most details online surely you just need passports and credit card imprint , that does not take that long!

Review 6：No safe n secure car parking. Guests cars r parked outside Hotel premises. In the night some truck banged my vehicle .Damages have cost me Rs.1.5 lacs.

Review 8：The reception staff was very un curtious and had no respect for the customer. The hotel is situated in front of a truck yard and this gives the visitor constant notice of trucks rolling in and out through out the night and day. Breakfast timings are so strict that the hotel is more like.a hostel. No Wi Fi, as a business hotel complementary wi go is common, but here it is ppriced and yet hope less. If you want to check out before the planned date, they still charge penalty and if u want to extend they have no vacency. Not at all a place for the executive business traveller. Worst place I have been in in 20 years of business travel around d the world.
