Review 1：There were lots of mosquitos when we first got there and the drains smelt a little.
Review 2：The landlord and his wife are lovely. Our bedroom was modern and the bathroom had a large shower - very good value for money. For us the area was a little too touristy but for others this may be a positive. There are lots of nice restaurants, beaches and shops within walking distance.
Review 3：Thought that the it was a bit dated. Wifi was not available in the rooms as the phone company had not fixed faulty network. The owner did provide access to Wifi in a common area of the hotel.

Review 6：We appreciated a wide choice of restaurants nearby the villa Karina and the very nice beach in Kolios, 5 minutes walking distance. We liked the amability of Stephano who cares about people. On our request, he picked us up from the airport on our arrival. We liked the quietness on the terrace to have our breakfast.

Review 23：If the terrase door is left open with the lights on in the room, there were mosquitoes. I recommend that you take one of those plug-in anti mosquito gadgets.
Review 24：wonderful blooming garden; Stefano the owner was very nice and welcoming; nice neighbours in the nearby villas; we went in the low season in May and had the opportunity to use the barbeque available on premises which was wonderful, but might be used in turns if the villa is full.
