Less than half a mile from the sandy Kolios Beach in Skiathos, Kolios View Studios features a sea-view pool with terrace and a snack bar. Its units open out to a private balcony offering unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea.
The simply decorated studios at Kolios View have a kitchenette with dining area. Each air-conditioned unit comes with a fridge, stove and a TV. The private bathroom is stocked with a hairdryer.
Guests can start their day with a continental breakfast served daily at the dining area. Coffees, drinks and light snacks can also be enjoyed at the poolside snack bar throughout the day.

Review 1：a little bit of a steep climb to the hotel from the road but the view from the hotel was definitely worth it.

Review 13：The sea views from the balconies as well as the pool area are really excellent due to the location being up on a hill. Location is quiet, but very nice between two very good beaches, Kolios and Agia Paraskevi, with the latter also having several tavernas for dining. The bus connection, into Skiathos Town (for more restaurants and nightlife) and to the other southern beaches, is cheap and fast. The hosts were very welcoming and always friendly. Wifi worked well in the room as well as in the pool area.

The owner of the place is an amazing lady, very welcoming and always smiley. If I ever go to Skiathos again I would definitely stay in Kolios again. Me and my fiancé would like to thank Kolios' staff for our amazing stay with them!

Review 24：We had a brilliant week staying at Kolios View Studios in July 2014. The family who own the studios were very friendly and helpful and the accommodation was very comfortable and clean, with new sheets and towels provided every other day and the rooms air conditioned all at no extra cost. The rooms were a good size, with a proper double bed and a nice bathroom with a very good shower. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the bus stop (up a hill so there is no road noise at the studios) with buses running every 5 minutes to take you all along the south coast. The nearby beaches are very nice, although you can find more shade and lunch bars at the Koukounaries. The studios share a pool which has a beautiful sea view and there were always plenty of sun loungers and shades available. Nearby restaurants were also very good, around 10 minutes walk along the main road. We would really recommend Green Park, which serves the best lamb shank ever, with big portions at very reasonable prices. We would highly recommend Kolios View Studios for couples and families looking for quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation based in a great location from which you can enjoy Skiathos' great beaches and amazing food.

Review 41：Nothing really. Short steep driveway to the pool and bar area with few steps then to studios ( depending how high up u are). This wasn't really a problem despite hubby having knee replacements and my arthritis. The views and hospitality are well worth it!
