Review 1：Breakfast lacking in personality compared to most of Tuscany. Not quite fresh, very little affection in the preparation and presentation.

Review 9：I LOVED this hotel! The staff was over the top friendly and all spoke wonderful English. Very quiet neighborhood with a nice view of the mountians. Only 10 min from the Pisa airport and about a 20MIN drive to the tower. When we checked out they gave us a free bottle of Tuscan wine! this is a perfect venue for a wedding,honeymoon or romantic getaway!

Review 10：Our room was rather dated but as it was only an overnight stay, we have no complaints about this. It was very reasonably priced, so you get what you pay for.

Review 11：The hotel is very conveniently situated close to the Livorno/Florence motorway and Pisa airport. Our flight landed quite late in the evening and the Villa Maya had a late check in. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the receptionist spoke English. The breakfast was also varied and plentiful. The lady especially cooked eggs for us which was very nice of her. The price of the overnight stay was also very reasonable.
