Review 1：There was not dining table for breakfast or quick meal at room. It was a bit far from city centre.

Review 2：Almost everything was okay, good size family room with comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms

Review 3：A fairly average motel, nothing spectacular, nothing bad, except it was a little hard to find when coming from the centre of town, but that was more the fault of the poor map given by the Information bureau.

Review 4：Very spacious room with a comfortable bed. Modern flat screen TV. Good black out curtain and room relatively quiet. Bathroom had hot shower with good water pressure, overhead exhaust fan / heating lights.

Review 5：Requested late checkout for 10.30am (half an hr extra) as my son was playng rugby in the rain , I wanted him to have a warm shower before we drove back to Sydney. The owner flatly rejected my request without any thought of assistance to a young boy

Review 7：The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. Good sized bathroom with all the necessities - Lots of cupboard space and places to put your luggage. The undercover car parking was a bonus.Gardens were very neat and tidy.

Review 78：We did not enjoy Acacia Motor Inn. When I booked in the man behind thedesk was rude and abrupt when I said I'd paid online with my credit cardhe said no you did not and explained the system. Then he was rude andabrupt again when I asked where the laundry facitlities were. Apparentlythere have been no laundry facilities there for eight years! Yet that iswhy I chose Acacia Motor Inn because we had laundry we needed to do. Imust've confused this motel for one that did have a laundry, I could'vesworn the website said it did but it was on my iphone and difficult tosee and navigate, so yes most likely I did make that mistake. When Irang reception to ask about the air-conditioner he said give it fiveminutes to warm up. This was in Armidale and it was extremely cold inthat room but we gave it nearly half an hour to warm up before ringingagain to enquire about a heater. The man behind the desk (stomped)walked into our room declaring it to be hot and stomped out again. Justas I was ringing reception my partner noticed that the bathroom door wasopen and closed it - then the room immediately heated up. I tried totalk to the man but he was having none of it. Perhaps there should be asign on the bathroom door mentioning a cold breeze comes through andmakes warming the room difficult if left open? We will never stay thereagain and will warn our friends too.
