Review 1：The location is not easy to find and to approach. Parking is difficult. The area is dull and not green at all.
Review 2：The sunrise. Warm reception. The couple managing the hotel are friendly people. We needed a place to stay for one night and that was all.
Review 3：We only had sheets in the room- which is fine in the height of summer but with the aircon off i was still cold. Wifi was not in rooms.

Review 6：Nikos and his partner are so nice young couple. They received me with smiling faces and they showed me good hospitality. The hotel is so closed to Rethimno city center. You can travel every direction so easily if you rent a car. Also the rooms are big and so clean. It has a wonderful swimming pool with a beautiful view of Sfakaki coast. In breakfast you must also try the wonderful bread You can try this hotel without any doubt.
Review 7：Mosquitoes. This isn't the hotel fault but be aware of them. It's not so bad just keep you room windows blinds closed during the sleep.
Review 8：First of all you should know that "Sunrise apartments" are based on the high hill and you can have panoramic view of surrounding areas: sea, mountains, landscapes of Crete. I stayed in the twin room on the ground floor near the swimming pool. It was very tidy room with all facilities: little kitchen, bathroom, TV (most Greek channels), air condition and nice balcony. Beds are quite comfortable with a tidy sheets which been replaced every second day. And what I'd like to highlight - it's staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful. When I lost my wallet they gave me all support I needed, it's priceless and unforgettable! And even more they invited me to share a party with them. This will be memorized forever, dear Tonia and Nikos! In the nighttime you can go down the road and find nice restaurants (tavernas) such as Adriana's, Dimitris, Thalaissi with a nice, delightful fresh meal. I like particularly Adriana's. Also occasionally there are entertaining parties: 'karaoke nights', 'greek night' in those tavernas. And if you fancy for more adventurous trip you can rent a car for 50 EUR and have breathtaking journey down the mountains to Arkadi monastery, Thronos and back to Rethimno. Access to the beaches is very easy and you can walk up and down seaside to find the better place for yourself. Most of the beaches are sandy, some of the them are with rocks. If you will have a walk to Rethimno side you will find absolutely free from people places. Sea water is very clear but salty. Overall it's very good place to stay in calm atmosphere, relax and give a rest for you body and mind.
Review 9：No Wi-fi in the room. Hard mattress. Weak toilet flush. No variety for the breakfast from day to day (essentially for the long stay). Not possible to sleep with an open window due to mosquitos.
Review 10：Sea view, quiet place, well done cleaning 3 times a week, new and fresh towels & bedclothes, hot water in the shower, air conditioner in the room, supportive & friendly personnel, free safe in the room, parking space. Good Location for those who rent a car - 10km to Rethymno, 70km to Herakleo, 5 min walking to the beach or nearest tavern.

Review 12：Very small area around the pool, few sunbeds occupied from dawn. 2 beds were very good, but extra bed was terrible - air mattress placed on a folding bed. A long way to the sandy beach (500m). Again - It is perfect place for a few nights, but I cannot imagine stay here two weeks.

Review 14：Everything !! From arriving in the early hours to find our room ready to the helpfulness of Niko and the staff. Room was always clean and the breakfast amazing. Already miss everything and will definitely be going back as soon as possible.

Nikos, Fortis and all the staff were amazing!! was always on hand if we needed anything and anything we needed was sorted there and then. extremely clean and the pool was delightful. beautiful views to the sea and the sunset was perfect. the drive to Rethymnon was a mere 10 mins. would deffinatly go back.
