Review 1：The Apartment (bachelor pad?) is run down, in a state of disrepair, was dirty like parts of it had not been cleaned in a long long time. It needs maintenance and a makeover. It was so dusty and dirty in neglected parts, it felt creepy and I didn't want to use anything in the kitchen, or even touch the phone, nor dare look under the bed, as it was dusty all around incl the bedhead, old grubby bedside lights, cables, large overhanging spiderweb, etc. Hence we checked out the next day. When I advised the owner I would leave after one night, the phone rang at 7am and a knock on the door at 9am they must have thought I would leave without paying. The internet doesn't work, which other reviews have mentioned but the owner (via email)seemed 'surprised'. The manager came and I showed her the issues everywhere and she said she understood but they didn't have time to clean properly or fix things, but would get onto it and speak to the cleaner now that it had been brought to her attention. The shower door was broken and was outside the apartment (which was blamed on a previous occupant, but I suspect it was due to lack of maintenance, as was obvious with the basin tap being loose, bath hand rails loose, window latch broken, etc. The towels were tatty, one torn, and discoloured, and some towels which had just been washed before we arrived were piled on top of each other on a rack on the balcony to dry, hence that musty smell. The microwave was dirty, under bench cupboard full of cleaning products, old sponges and generally looked revolting, stains and general grubbiness on dinnerware, dust and poop on top of appliances, thick dust on top of the airconditioners. No TV or music system in the bedroom (as seems to be in a photo). The photos make this place look lovely - but it doesn't look like that any more and immediately felt disappointing on arrival. I looked on booking.
Review 2：The Apartment is overlooking the golfcourse, and you can use the facilities at the Pan Pacific Hotel, which is a nice hotel, with nice pool areas. The location is great, beautiful scenery. There's not a lot to do in the area, and little choice for places to eat.
Review 3：This room is unaffiliated with the Nirawana Resort on which it is located -- this makes getting there and communicating with the host potentially tricky (also unclear to what extent you are legitimately allowed to use Nirwana facilities). The two rooms are very different -- better for a family than for two couples. Checkout time, most place is 12:00, here the maid comes around 10, which takes part of the day you've paid for. This is partially a precaution in case the next guests come early ...Many small things were broken, like the patio doors -- time for a little maintenance here
Review 4：Beautiful rooms! Right on the edge of a golf course looking out to the ocean. Next to Nirwana resort so you can use their facilities and wonderful pool. Tanah Lot Temple and town is also a good walk. Very nice to walk around. Kitchen is well furnished and includes washer/dryer (dryer takes a very long time to complete)

Review 12：Great location and you can use all of the resort facilities, you are given bread and condiments for breakfast and it costs $25 if you want to eat at the resort.
Review 13：Not really a negative, but you do need to be mindful of other tenants in the complex as sound does travel (footsteps, TV, talking). Invite the neighbours if you are planning a party!
Review 14：Right on the 12th tee block with views down the fairway to the ocean. 2 bed/2 bath, with a big living area and big balcony. Has a full kitchen and laundry too. Being able to use the resort facilities was a big bonus; pools, restaurants, even complimentary transport to and from the villa and even down to the temple and back.

Review 16：The view from our balcony was breathtaking, the grounds were superb. Everything you need is there including a washing machine - I was so impressed. We even had a little finch nesting in the potted plant on our verandah. The Aircon was fantastic. The place is perfect if you want to relax in peaceful surroundings. The facilities at the resort were 5 star - pools and slides galore!

Review 23：It was a little confusing how to checkout until a lady showed up. We had picked up our key at the neighboring hotel desk but they didn't have anything else to do with the house. The morning we were supposed to leave a lady showed up who checked us out.
Review 24：The house is really a large apartment with living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The place is well furnished with marble floors. It has a balconey with a view of the golf course and ocean in the distance.

Review 30：Great apartment with a great view straight down the 12th fairway at Nirwana golf club. Sit on the balcony and watch the golfers tee-ing off. The apartment was very nice - clean, comfortable and I would definitely return. It's a little bit of a walk to the resort but not ridiculous and if you are there to play golf as we were, they will pick you and your clubs up in a golf cart and take you to the clubhouse - not a problem!

Review 34：The apartment was large and clean. The view was great especially if you like to play golf. (It is overlooking the golf course) You can see a small part of the ocean behind the golf course. It is at walking distance from Tanah Lot temple. You can use all the hotel facilities. Excellent pool. Excellent for golf players. The manager, Iluh, is very helpful.
