Review 1：The beds are a little hard. The shower is small, but enough to rinse off the day. The private beach is private, but with pebbles big and small wich makes it sometimes a little hard for young kids to enter the lovely sea. Wich also can be aliitle roug, depending on the wind.
Review 2：The location is stunning. The pictures really do portray the real thing. we stayed at room 114 and had a spectacular view of the sunset every night.The room had everything we needed, but next time with four persons I will book a roomwith double bedrooms. Also the rooms are quiet.The owners are dedicated to their place and the comfort of the guests. Extra credit to the cleaning lady who made up the rooms perfectly and even did the dishes if we've forgotten. Defenitely a place i will go again. also a good spot to go from if you want to explore this side (and the south side)of Crete.

Review 4：We arrived at 10:30PM and the owner (not Andreas) gave the impression that he was keen to get away, we had no water and he told us everything around us was closed, I couldn't belive this as things always open up late. I decided we should go for a walk anyway and found the supermarket 5 minutes away (across the main road) were open till 12 so we stocked up and called it a night left with a bitter taste in the mouth about the way he wanted rid of us like we were an inconvenience. Its a long way from Heraklion, taxi driver was great but it cost €90 one way. Chania might be a better option. There are no decent tavernas so you must get the Bus outside the Hotel (must buy tickets at the supermarket) into the next town or go to Rethmynon which was lovely.
Review 5：The rooms were clean and tidy, maid came everyday to either change towels and sheets or remove bins. Pool was small but as it was quiet it was fine and the lovely sandy beach was 10 meters away. Andreas was very helpful and rescued the place. Great place to watch the Sunset.
Review 6：Internet only available around the bar/pool (as advertised) and sometimes stopped working at all. The room could use a little re-decoration, but it wan;t too bad. More kitchen utensils should be provided.
Review 7：Apartments right at the beach, quite large, very clean. The nearby sandy beach was very good and not crowded at all. The hotel is well maintained, staff attitude was excellent. Good value for money. Very quiet at night.

Review 19：Beach in Sfakaki is a bit small compared to beaches in nearby Adele en Platanes.The kitchen is rather basic, so you better eat in a taverna!
Review 20：Nice hotel with nice staff en good pool. Within 500 m there is a small supermarket, a restaurant and a good bakery. The appartment is clean and has a big balkony with seaview. A domestic helper comes every day!
Review 21：location - few steps from the beach. great view. simple, clean and quiet. very close to Rethymno. rooms are fairly large and comfort, equipped with small refrigerator & electric stove. A/C in every room. nice swimmimg pool. good value for money for those that are not looking for luxury.
Review 22：Nothing....except an improvement advice : The table on the terrace is too smalla and (we booked a 6 people appartment) might be a bit bigger, we were only 5 persons and it was OK...and did not have all meals there.
Review 23：a really nice little apparthotel, ideally located away from the intensive touristic areas. the location is perfect to visit the marvelous island of Creta, 1h from Heraklion, 20 min from Rethymno, 1h15 from Chania and 50min from the South Coast beaches. A very pleasant stay with a perfect service provided by the owner family. A small but really nice swimming clean swimming pool, a private beach 10m from the hotel, parking place and excellent Taverna in the neighbourhood. Our first time there, but definitely not the last one ! Wonderful holidays for the whole family.

Review 25：Do you want to sleep to the sound of the waves? Do you want to wake up to the most amazing view over the ocean overlooking the most beautiful garden and beach. Go to this hotel! It was outstanding to enjoy this place for 2 weeks! You find romantic postcard beaches front, right and left. Without hundreds of tourist. You can find sunbeds or pick a nearly emty beach. tavernas, shops etc close by as well.The family running the hotel was so warm, welcoming and friendly. The hotel is clean and beautiful and we got a biiig apartment with 2 rooms. We will come back to this hotel. You get the true Greek postcard beauty, relax feeling at this place. We had a car during our stay, but bus stop is close to get into town etc. The hotel is great for anyone. Family, couples, friends etc.
Review 26：Not so easy to find coming at night, the area is not well served (thenearest village is 3km) and a car usage is required.

Review 29：This is a place were you really can RELAX on your vacation. The small village of Sfakaki offered, a few but good, restaurants and all the other things you need for your stay. The hotel has a very very nice family that ownes and operates the place. Helpful and friendly all the time. And it feels genuine. They serve a magnificent breakfast that varies from day to day. With fresh vegetables, fruit and eggs, ham, pancakes, pastrys, bread...all you want and more. Pool and garden was very well kept. Clean and proper. And only 17 stairs from the pool you have the beach. The rooms were simple but had a great bed, AC, and a nice equipped kitchen. Bathrooms were nice and it was always clean. Our warmest recomendations to Alkioni. This is also a hotel were you meet people from different countries, wich we feel, are nice. P.S Easy buscoaches to Rethymnon
