Review 1：We were not expecting to be met at the port but were, by a very welcoming host, at night and after arriving on a ferry that was running late. If you walk alongside the waterfront, the Delfini is the last property in Kamares and has great views of the harbour and the simply magnificent hilly backdrop. We loved Sifnos, loved Kamares and loved the hospitality and home cooking at the Delfini.

Review 3：The hotel was around the other side of Kamares - away from the port. We had a beautiful room with uninterrupted views and the sunsets were breathtaking. The food at the hotel was delicious. Especially Pepi's salads. Don't bother looking at the menu - take George's advice and go with what he suggests, you won't be disappointed.

Review 6：Everything was perfect. The owners of Delfini, George and Pepi, are very kind and helpfull. Our room was nice decorated, spacious and clean, the beds were good, the airco worked well. Our balcony had a nice view on the bay, especially at sunset. The breakfast was very good and tasty. We recommand the dinner. The food, prepared by Pepi, is very good, with fresh ingredients. The restaurant-area (where the breakfast is also served) had amazing views over the bay. And the prices of the meals are the same as in town.

Review 8：This is a truly amazing hotel to stay. The owners treat you as their guests in a special way. Breathtaking room views, stunning bathroom and room elegantly furnished. Pepi's food at the restaurant is so good you will not eat elsewhere on the island. Must stay- will be back next year. Highly recommended.
Review 9：We had no shade on our balcony and there was no shade on the rocks (which had beautifully arranged bean bags). Access to beach possibly unsuitable for people with hip and knee problems, but easy sandy beach and many cafes/ pottery shops only few minutes away by car. Not too far to walk there in the early morning or evening but difficult in the blazing August sun. The hotel felt somewhat compacted to us, as we arrived from a very secluded accommodation with masses of space in Milos. Car a must - there are many things to see, but book in advance as we couldn't get the car the first two days. The views from the car everywhere on the islands are amazing.
Review 10：Very nice, attentive family. Rocky, secluded beach that is never busy. Beautiful views. Perfectly clean and nicely decorated room. We were picked up at the port and given welcome drink of choice. On the last day we were given a lift to the port and a big bag of gifted biscuits. Hotel has a very good restaurant - we were very happy with all the traditional Greek vegetarian options which were very tasty and very reasonably priced. Breakfast also included gorgeous soft local cheese and many home-made cakes. As we are now on Paros - we are really missing Sifnos where we were lovely, smiling people made us feel very special.

George andPepi are just the very best of hosts, full of great information aboutthe Island, good humour and sensational home-style cooking. Thelocation is close to everything, the facilities are first class, andfor that quiet entry into the Greek Islands, we could not have made amore perfect start. Our only challenge is finding an excuse to getback there!

Review 14：We really enjoy spending three days in this fabulous hotel, Jorge and Pepi are two hosts fantastic. They pick us at the hotel and they make our stay a dream! The location of the hotel is fantastic and we had a small private spa swimming pool!! They always had a nice gesture : ice cream for the children, washing some of my stuff!!! And they are very warming!!! A little place in paradise!! Food was excellent, we stay for dinner and it was so great!!!

Convenient location for the beach and port, with a small sunbathing and sea-swimming deck at the hotel. Pepi's cooking is wonderful. Sifnos is beautiful; a taste of Greece before mass tourism. Highly recommended to those looking for a relaxing, stress-free holiday.
Review 17：The view from the pool area was a highight (even though it was not part of the hotel it felt like it was and you could use it Le it was) the room was very good and the staff very helpful.
Review 18：The hotel is an excellent bed and breakfast but if you're looking for more extensive facilities such as a swimming pool, it is lacking. That was not a problem for us since we prefer the beaches during the day and returning to a very nice room with a terrace, overlooking the beautiful bay. One thing that is puzzling is that a very lovely infinity pool with a bar and sun patio overlooking the water, is situated directly between Delfini's dining patio and the sea. It is very easy to assume that this is part of the hotel, but it's actually a separate beach club that is off limits to Delfini guests. If an arrangement were worked out for guests to be able to use the facility, or better yet make it part of the hotel, it would be perfect. Otherwise enjoy the Sifnos beaches and come back home to a beautiful B&B with superb hosts.
Review 19：Very vivacious host Georgio, full of energy and gracious. Picturesque and quiet location perched over pretty bay, and only a relatively short walk to town.
Review 20：Amazing views, loved the swimming spot by the rocks at the bottom of the hotel. Pepy and George were incredibly helpful, they even drove us to the port of change our ferry tickets and also to buy toothpaste! Pepy's cooking is delicious and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept in during our summer holidays! Thank you!

Very welcoming owners (George was warm and outgoing; Pepi was very kind and accommodating) The hotel restaurant had fantastic food and local wine. Great views across the bay. Next to the hotel are steps that lead down to the water's edge: ideal for snorkelling. Lots of nice touches that made it a stay to remember.
Review 23：A wonderful family run business directly on the blue water! Giorgos and his wife Pepi, a great cook, do everything to make you feel comfortable and home. The beautiful terrace with the incredible ocean view, where breakfast, lunch and dinner is served is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the excellent food. We had a generous double room with two (!) bathrooms and a private little terrace, very clean and comfortable. Delfini is close enough to the town center and far enough to be quiet and relaxed. You can step into the crystal blue water in a little rocky bay directly below the hotel. Delfini is outstanding for its friendly and welcoming owners, for it's position and comfort.

Review 25：This place is a real gem... the location is great at the end of the bay so very quiet while close enough to walk to the port, the rooms are perfect, everything feels new, clean, nicely decorated with nice balcony with view on the sea, the food is the best we had during our week: the breakfast is excellent and the dinner wonderful - everything is tasteful and generous. The owners Pepi and Georges go the extra length to make you feel good with small details. You feel they do it with their heart and it makes the difference. And with the the swimming pool in front of the hotel (different owner) there is nothing missing!

Review 27：We visited on honeymoon and stayed in room 9 with our own private plunge pool. This is the best room in the hotel with stunning views looking out onto the bay. George and Pepi went out of their way to be the ultimate hosts and make us feel comfortable and welcome. The food was exceptional both in quality and value and we challenge anyone to find a better octopus dish in the Greek Islands!! The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to the port waterfront, with steps down to the sea immediately below. We shall definitely be returning to stay at Delfini again!

Review 29：Delfini is perfectly located in Karmes, close to the port but further enough away that it's nice and peaceful. We based ourselves here and hired a scooter for the whole trip which is the best way to see the island. George and Pipi were the best hosts! Nothing was ever a problem - thank you for making our time is Sifnos so good!

Delfini is a well designed place using the landscape to create views while maintaining privacy. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfasts are feasts, and Pepi's dinners in the evenings are very special. The best place on Sifnos! Make it your last island as everything else will be a disappointment.

George and Pepi are really kind, generous, friendly and always willing to help. Our room had an amazing view and the location is very peaceful and quiet. Perfect location for us, with a very nice secluded swimming spot. Pepi's cooking is really good so would definitely reccommend eating at least once at the delfini restaurant. Try her desert as well. We are very thankful to George and Pepi for our stay. Very good value for money!!

Review 44：family atmosphare service the hotal is located at the end of the villages Kamares with a wonderful sea view - but all the other places in Kamares can be reached by feet own Restaurant - very good food the possibility to swim in the sea and to use the swimming pool (is not part of the hotel)
Review 45：Breakfast could be improved by offering omelettes or bacon as an extra choice for British tourists. The furthest property out of town so a good walk round the bay. The room was not ready on our arrival and on our departure no room was available to wash and prepare for our forward journey but the use of the outdoor shower was offered with the use of fresh towels.

The sea view room was incredible. Review 58：We had a wonderful stay in Sifinos with Gorgos and Pipi at the Delfini Hotel. They are so friendly and attentive with their guests, and the accommodations at the hotel are excellent. The complimentary breakfast was generous, and the dinners that we had there (prepared by Pipi) were some of the best we had during our weeks in Greece. It had all the amenities and modern feel of a luxury boutique hotel, with the charms and warmth of a guesthouse. The location of the hotel was also nice, on the opposite side from we wharf. It had a sense of seclusion and privacy despite being located in Kamares. Sifnos is one of the loveliest islands in the Cyclades, and the Delfini is a very pleasant place to get settled and explore. It was my wife's birthday during our stay, and Gorgos presented a bottle of his father's wine as a gift. You won't encounter such a personal gesture like that in very many places!! Thanks to all, and Ya Sou!!

The setting, overlooking the turquoise waters of an exceptional, warm and pristine Blue Flag beach on Kamares Bay, with thyme and herb covered mountains beyond, and amazing sunsets each evening, was picturesque and serene. The rooms and service were outstanding. The hosts and owners, George and Pepi, were very friendly and helpful. They welcomed us into their family and helped us to shape a wonderful visit on one of the most interesting and authentic of Greek islands. We even made friends with two local goats who greeted us and came to say ba-a-a-a when we were getting ready to leave. Our room included a jacuzzi/mini pool which added another level of serenity and bliss. The food at the Delfini restaurant was sublime, made with fresh local home made ingredients each day and included specials each evening. Pepi's cooking was inspired, based on local traditions, with creative innovations that made each dish unique and always extremely fresh and natural. The breakfast included fresh local cheese, fruit, home made yogurt, home made baked goods, breads, home made marmalade, honey and eggs.
Review 88：1. for guests with no car or bike who plan on going a lot to the center of the village the location may be too far (about 10 minutes walk) this is in no way a negative criticism, just a constructive suggestion: the shower is so nice but because there is no curtain or glass wall the water create a little pool in the bathroom area while you take a shower. manageable but irritating...

Review 96：The hotel location is excellent if you want peaceful and beautiful surroundings - the sounds of the ocean just steps away and the tinkling of bells in the morning as goats pass by in the neighboring fields make for an authentic island stay. Both George and Pepi make you feel very much at home - they eagerly provide helpful advice to enhance your stay on Sifnos. It's about a 15 min leisurely walk to Kamares either along the road or the beach and there is plenty of car parking space. Would certainly stay there again. We had the unit at the very end (two bedroom apt with plunge pool) - lots of space. The shower is the type without a door so just be prepared to maneuver the hand held shower head carefully!
