In a forest 150 feet from Vromolimnos Beach in Skiathos, this complex features free Wi-Fi and a diving school. The self-catered rooms have a balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea or garden.

Review 1：The road down to the resort is a dusty dirt track. It's a trek up to the bus stop and supermarket if you don't have a car.

Review 7：We felt we were mislead (intentionly or not) into believing we had booked a one bedroom apartment not even any attempt to put this right after contacting the owners. A fairer representation would be to advertise and make it very clear that when booking for 2 people you will be allocated a studio. No chance of preparing any food apart from a light breakfast as there was a lack of workspace. The location which is set in a pine forest is very inaccessible from the main road and main transport links. The road to Skiathos Holidays was very very steep, rough and unlit we would estimate 1 in 6 gradient and you had to drive up to the main road in first gear. Had we not had transport we would not have been able to stay at this accommodation. The pictures of Skiathos Holidays give the impression that it is right on the beach but it is set back and the beach itself had very few facilities. We did not see any of the management team the only contact we had was with the Cleaners and the barman who allocated our room on arrival. We felt that we were holidaying in a retreat - certainly not what we expected when we booked. We are not prone to giving bad reviews but feel that people should be aware of what they are booking, families and elderly or infirm people should not book this accommodation.

Review 12：The location is excellent, really lovely section of beach with crystal clear water. Loungers were especially reserved for guests and made relaxing in ideal spot easy. The greenery, natural surroundings were lovely too. The furnishings / decor exactly as on the photos - very tasteful. Very helpful staff - Christos especially, advising of good places to eat etc. Lia's restaurant about 10 mins easy walk was delightful.

Review 13：1. The noise from the apartment above our ground floor studio ruined the holiday for me. There was obviously no sound insulation so it sounded like we had a herd of elephants above us, who liked to move furniture around, which was really annoying during the night when it woke us up at 2am and early in the morning sometimes at 545am. It got to the stage where we were on edge waiting for the noise from above and I had to wear earphones on a couple of occasions to get back to sleep. I had deliberately avoided the bigger hotels as I wanted somewhere quiet and chilled to relax from a stressful job, and the website description seemed to suggest it was a small venue, but with the many families staying there, it is more of a family holiday venue rather than a relaxing beach holiday venue. I did complain to the owner about this but nothing changed and we were not offered alternative accommodation.2. Whilst it is only a 10 minute walk to the main road, the first half consists of a very steep walk uphill in the hot sun and the access to our studio was up a very steep incline. if you are not planning on leaving the complex this wouldnt be a problem, but forget it if you have mobility problems and do not hire a car, as everything is accessed from main road (supermarket, bus etc).3. maids start cleaning the apartments relatively early in the morning and are loud.4. the kitchen part of the studio has v little surface space and only 2 hobs and the kitchen bin was too small so was permanently overflowing in the cupboard not good for ants (although to be fair it was emptied every day by the cleaners).5. we found there to be a lack of communication of simple details like how the reserving system worked for sunbeds on the beach, perhaps a welcome pack could assist with this.6. the owner kindly agreed to book us a taxi back to the airport.

So much so that I tired to return to end my holiday :) Christos and Maria were lovely, welcoming and by far the best hosts. Always willing to assist in anyway trying to make my stay as memorable and comfortable as possible. Vromolimnos beach is right at your door step and is spectacular! Would return in a heart beat! Review 24：It is fair to mention that although the complex is not far from the main road that runs through Skiathos, there are if walking short but steep inclines to climb in each direction. We as a mature couple were able to and enjoyed the walk and natural surroundings, but it may be difficult for some less mobile. That said most people choosing this holiday would probably not want to or need to venture far anyway.

Review 25：Quiet and natural surroundings. The very attractive property is situated amongst trees, shrubs and flowering bushes and located approximately 100 metres from a beautiful beach on which there was a bar and restaurant (well worth a visit). The accommodation was furnished simply but with real taste and style. Ideal for families with children as all studios appeared to have their own patio or terrace and garden and there was a large meadow in front of the complex. Some larger apartment's had patios with built in barbeques as well as veranda's. The owner's and staff could not be more welcoming and attentive, and anyone would be hard pushed to find anything negative to say about this holiday location. Review 27：We have just had nine wonderful days at Skiathos Holidays and it was bliss. The staff were wonderful, the location was exceptional and the room was really comfortable. They go that little bit extra to make sure you are happy. From the beautiful smelling Olivia soap and shampoo to the amazingly comfortable beds with crisp white sheets, they miss nothing. We shall certainly go back.

Review 31：Very friendly owners and staff! Our studio was very beautiful and always clean. The hotel is a couple of meters from the main road so it is very peaceful, no traffic noise. A nice little path leads to the beach (1 min by foot). The sandy beach is really beautiful, not overcrowded and with one cafeteria and one restaurant, just perfect in our eyes!

Review 32：We have never been at the hotel that is more relaxing. It's perfect for families with small children who are not so much into the 'all inclusive' experience and like to spend their holidays a little bit more casual. Beautiful sandy beach is 30 m away from the room, there are free beach beds and umbrellas for the hotel guests and a beach bar with nice snacks and coktails. Rooms and little gardens are kept very clean and tidy by the hotel stuff. And they themselves are extremly helpful and friendly. We noticed that many guests are coming there year after year and most of them know each other so it feels very safe! For example everybody leaves the toys and stuff at the beach and all the children all playing together all the time! The city is about 10 min drive from the hotel and is really nice also. Supermarket is a little bit far away but they offer a free delvery to the hotel so it's really not a problem. Alltogether it's a great place and we surely will recommend it to other people!
