Review 1：The state of technical maintenance of the room should be better. The room was clean however.
Review 2：It was very conveniently located at the main road along the seaside and only 1 km. away from the big ferry terminal building. I had to get up at 04.30 hours and they served breakfast at that hour for me alone ! Compliments to your client attitude !

It's all a bit outfashioned, but in a charming 'Grand Hotel' way - large bathroom - Igoumenitsa has a nice walking/running path along the coast to its nearby beach - lively Greek nightlife (hardly any tourists)

Even took me in own car to Avis after I missed the big red shop front... doh Sorted my air on out and gave me a great breaky in the cafe next door. Bed was comfy, comfy and with the shutters down I caught up with much needed sleep. Fully refreshed I drove to Levkada the next morning. The hotel is stunning the entrance on its own should make it a 5*
Review 19：Shower had no curtain so water could go over the floor Fridge not switched on and was mouldy and in need of defrosting. Very bright(fuschia pink and red) walls in the bedroom. Not conducive to restful sleep. In complete contrast to the reception/lounge area which was tasteful.

Review 77：The bedrooms need updating although very clean. The breakfast was not worth having and not worth the extra money. They need to look into this seriously. The breakfast area also had no outside windows making it very oppressive.

We got off our ferry at the old port in igoumenitsa fromcorfu and the hotel was literally steps away from the port. We were onlystaying one night to grab the ferry from the new port to Venice earlythe next morning. Staff was amazing, hotel room was super clean andcomfortable, banks, restaurants and super markets are very close aswell. We asked about our breakfast In the morning since we needed toleave at 6:30 in the morning and the staff were so accommodating andserved us at 6 - breakfast was also amazing, we got fresh warm bread,fruit, water, coffee, juice, marble loaf, meat, cheese and jam. Totallyworth it. The new port where the ferries from Italy leave from was a 10min walk down the street, location was perfect
Review 87：The bands of uncontrolled dogs that roam the dock area all night, barking. The hotel glazing is insufficient to block the cacophony and a poor night's sleep is guaranteed until ear plugs are issued or the dogs are shot. Sorry, because the staff are very nice.

Great location, over the road from the port & close to town. We had room 203 which was big & on the front with a balcony overlooking the port. The room had a large fridge, which was handy. Good shower room, not huge but fine. Air con. The hotel is being decorated inside but caused no inconvenience to us. They very kindly gave us a very nice breakfast at 6.30am because of our ferry.

The lobby with leather seating for at least 50, with a domed glass roof, and the smaller actual reception area with astounding custom marble is worth a visit even if you don't stay in the hotel. The wifi was excellent, a rarity thus far after 1 month driving around in Greece.

The foyer is very luxurious, white leather lounges, mirrors, chandeliers, marble-looking tiles. The room was very comfortable, air conditioned. Just one thing - we had to close the curtains because the balcony allows the neighbours to see into the room if they are near the balustrade! We needed to leave the hotel before breakfast was due to be served but the night receptionist served us personally - we had fresh coffee, boiled eggs, orange juice, fresh bread, butter, ham, cheese, yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, everything top quality, served in a beautiful dining room - big tables with cream coloured damask table cloths, comfortable chairs with lovely covers. The whole experience was top class. Highly recommended. For dinner we went a few doors down to Oscar's, the food was fresh and cooked nicely, the wine was good and the service again very good.
