Review 1：We knew the location is far from the city but its also far from the beach, a dark-sanded and dirty beach, and we didn't expect that. Breakfast is ok but they order the food at a bad delivery service. It was cold both times we ordered and not good.

Review 2：Very friendly and helpful staff. This and the very big, clean and nice apartments make you feel like home. Most pleasant stay on our trip. Nice pool. Services are very cheap. We had an awesome time there.

Review 3：The staff was excellent, attentive, and extremely helpful, and the room was beautiful and comfortable. 10 out of 10, no question. The location was great, depending on what you are looking for. It's located out in the middle of rice fields, meaning it is very quiet and serene. This is great if you are (like I was) interested in getting away from the tourist crowds in Bali. The potential downside is that it was a fairly long walk to get to places you might like to see. The beach is 10-15 minutes down the road walking (although the man working at the desk offered to drive me on his motorbike). Tanah Lot is about a 30-40 minute walk. But this is a really gorgeous walk on small paths through the rice fields. Personally I thought the walk was as enjoyable as seeing the temple itself, but it depends on what sort of travel experience you're into I suppose.

Review 4：Breakfast was good (delivered to the kitchen) but if staying there for longer dinner has not much to offer (especially not for vegetarians). That does not have to be a negative though if you know in advance there's not many shops around so that you go to a supermarket before you arrive and stock up the fridge with food and drinks. You can easily cook for yourself then. Be aware of the Balinese ritualistic singing in the evening, which is quite loud and can last for 2 hours, but again, it is also nice to be in the countryside to experience these local rituals. Tanah Lot is nice to see, especially the sunset, but a bit of a tourist trap. You have to get up very early to have some quiet there (but then you don't have the sunset . . . )

Review 5：Nice staff, especially the manager. They really went out of the way to make you comfortable. Fantastic room with living room & fully equipped kitchen (even cold drinkable water!). Usually you share the living room and kitchen with 1 other couple but as that room was not rented out we had the whole place to ourselves. Nice walk through rice fields to Tanah Lot and beach, meeting friendly locals on the way. Also nice pool.

Villas might be out of reach for some, but going to Kuta and getting hassled every second by street hawkers, and being our first time in Bali, we are so glad we chose this location and villa which we will now call our home away from home. Review 10：Cet hôtel est un spot parfait pour visiter le temps de Tanah Lot. Le personnel est très gentil et les équipements dans le salon en dehors des chambres ont été très appreciés de toute la famille (à 4). We had an amazing experience in the Kubu villa, the place is very nice and a perfect 20 min walk among the rice fields let you see the Tanah lot temple. The staff is more than kind. We forgot one bag in the hotel and the staff sent somebody to Ubud to let us take back the bag. This is really appreciated and we thank you all once again for that.

Review 11：We wanted to pay by credit card but unfortunately the person at reception had absolutely no idea how to make the credit card machine work and took a very long time. In the end we had to pay cash but if we hadn't had cash we would have been late going to our next destination.

Review 13：After a long flight, Kubu Kedungu Villas was perfect! Beautiful and comfortable villas looked out over the local rice paddies. The pool was refreshing and the staff were friendly and happy to help with any requests. Great for a family!

The staff under pak Bagus also very helpful, they lend us motorbike to go out looking for some food in the evening, and also reserve a cab for us to go to airport on our last day. Thank you.

Review 18：A very nice place with lovely people and a great view! The villa is perfect-it's clean and there is everything you ever could need... We were only one night there,next time for sure longer! I think it would be also perfect for a family, because there is enough space and a own kitchen.

Review 19：Glad to have on-site restaurant, but much that was on menu not available. Power breaker overloaded periodically but quickly reset. Slight reductions in convenience were worth the trade-off of staying in more heavily touristed area, however :) Would not arrange "tour" through hotel again (was purely a driver; knew less about sites than I did; still charged for "full-day" tour, even though more like 1/2-day).

Review 22：An absolutely wonderful accommodation in the middle of a rice field, with incredible service minded staff who do everything to make your stay as good as possible. Bake even birthday cake. If you want a massage or other spa nothing is impossible. A short walk then you are down at the wonderful beach that feels very private, there the sunset is stunning. A special thanks to Bagus and the thrilling motorcycle trip.

We ordered and paid for additional breakfasts on the second day only to find it missing items that were stated on the menu. However I would not let this overshadow our stay nor should you let it affect your booking here. We would stay here again. hopefully the management will take this into consideration and make an adjustment.

Review 45：Due to the fact that the manager just started there were a couple of start-up problems, such as too cold/strong aircon. However, the manager was very keen to hear all "bugs" in order to be able to solve them asap. I guess the next visitors won't notice anything :-)

The new manager is very keen to make this place a success and I think it deserves to be a huge success! Very good place to come with a larger group, also in combination with the neighbours of villa ayo
