Review 1：Bed was uncomfortable. Size of bed too was uncomfortable. Room down hallway from a function which was noisy and nit relaxing. Would have expected more from this hotel and bedroom was basic compared to other hotels we had stayed in. No water in room for guests, kettle was dirty. Improvements needed here.

Review 2：Our room was at th front of the hotel and was quite noisy with the traffic along the road, even with windows closed. It was also cold during the night..We couldnt connect to th hotels free wifi for some reason.. Other than that we had a lovely time..

Review 3：We visit Donegal every year for a week and would eat here everyday.. Food and staff are fantastic couldnt fault it! Also the Strawberry Daquiris are unbelievable, never tasted nicer! We wil continue to eat here on our nxt visits for sure!

Review 4：Hate to have to complain about any thing but our room was awful we were above the kitchen with big fans blowing into our already boiling room our room smelt of food all day and night as did our clothes the fans kept us awake with them running all the time we got a fan for our room but it made no difference .spoiled our weekend away we were so looking forward to it came home exhausted room 207 avoid needs air con .wish we had asked to get moved but hate complaining

When we asked her could she take our order she abruptly told us to hang on a minute. This was minor and in no way was reflective of our wonderful stay with you.

Review 12：The hotel was extremely noisy with other guests around the corridors, banging doors, shouting etc. it was also possible to hear a lot of noise through the walls.... Whilst the room was very comfortable I did not sleep at all as the noise continued right throughout the night until 6am. When I spoke to the reception staff the next morning they said I was lucky I wasn't sleeping at the front of the hotel and I actually had one of the 'better, quieter rooms'...

Review 47：Pleasant, relaxing atmosphere in all the communal areas of this country hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a combination of buffet and table-service. The evening bar-food menu was delicious and reasonably-priced. We hope to make a return visit before too long.

Review 52：rooms 207, 208,209 and 214 - extremely bad aspect. the fact the toilet sounded like a fog horn in 208 .some of the door locks stopped working in 207 & 209, bathroom fan did not work in 207. the toilet would not flush in 214 resulting in a room move to 209. the food ordered in the restaurant not as described in the menu and some was cold.

Review 68：Staff were not as friendly as those from the other six hotels that I have stayed at in the last fortnight. Maybe it is a trait of this part of Ireland. No one really wanted to engage in any conversation at all. Maybe they were just too busy. If I was the hotel manager I would certainly review this aspect of my business with a view to improving things. As a result I ate out of the hotel on my second night. The room I was allocated was at the rear of the hotel and it appears that the empty bottles are also stored just outside that room. They are noisy when moved.
