Reviews for North Down Farm
Review 1:Very helpful owner, beautiful farmhouse, very spacious, lovely setting, tranquil. Everything needed for home away from home including WiFi. Will definitely be staying again.
Review 2:Beautifully set in the countryside. House big and grand. Room was excellent with outstanding views. (Even though it rained most of the time) but that didn't damper our spirits. Down for New Year. Owners were wonderful and attentive. Rooms always cleaned and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely although we do love our fry ups so that would have been nice even just scrambled eggs. Will be hopefully returning in the summer when weather is better!!
Review 3:the one and only slight negative was that there was no sign for the b&b on the main road so i must have drove past the turning two or three times before i took a chance and turned down the correct road.
Review 4:very quiet, it was so peaceful to return to at the end of the day. The view from my window in the main house was just what i like.
Review 5:Tv was too small for the room, double bed was too singles put together, bath wasnt cleaned on arrival as I had to rince it out, kettle had to be cleaned also as full of particles.
Review 6:Nice location, owner was lovely, breakfast was nice, nice view from the room I was ataying in. Fan and heater in the room, bisquits everyday. Quiet and very peaceful room was very comfortable and made me feel at home
Review 7:Couldn't fault it.
Review 8:We loved everything about the stay in Lamphey. The location was great and the accommodation was excellent and unbelievable value for money.
Review 9:If I have to be critical of anything it would be the height of the mirror in the bathroom....only good for people under 5 foot
Review 10:Beautiful location and owner was so friendly.
Review 11:Tessa and her daughter Eleanor were so welcoming and at the same time the room was so spacious we had real privacy, more like a hotel than a B&B, really nice continental breakfast and great coffee, the little touches like the homemade welsh cakes in our room and bottled water free of charge made all the difference!
Review 12:TV too small for room Lack of toiletries in bedroom Milk was put in fridge for you to use but it was curdled Too far away from anywhere
Review 13:Nice hosts Quiet location
Review 14:Our host, Tessa was lovely and looked after us very well, but was not at all intrusive. Beautiful location looking out over fields and just a short drive from the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline and any number of amazing beaches.
Review 15:I only marked the delicious and plentiful breakfast down as it was 'only' continental - however for the price I'm certainly not complaining. We didn't make use of the wifi but will do on our next visit!
Review 16:Lovely B&B in a gorgeous Pembrokshire setting. Spacious rooms and beautifully peaceful. We enjoyed it as did my wife's octogenarian parents. Tessa was lovely and nothing too much trouble. We enjoyed our one night stay so much we're planning to return for a long weekend next year.
Review 17:Nice and quite, out of the way. Friendly, helpful staff. Different not to have a cooked breakfast but it was very good. Nice to have a fridge on the landing outside of the room with milk available.
Review 18:Only industrialm continental breskfast. One would expect home made, cooked Walesh brakfast at the farm. WiFi was slow near to unusable.
Review 19:Large room, very comfortable with beutiful view, nice garden in feont of the house with table and chairs to sit and srink coffee
Review 20:Tessa our host was lovely and helped us with transport on one part of our coastal trip days. Nothing was too much trouble. Perfect getaway from it all.
Review 21:Room spacious. Tea tray with welsh scones each day a lovely surprise. Bottle water supplied. Breakfast had an excellent selection of fresh fruit, home made marmalade, toast, croissants, cereal etc. Tessa was very friendly, and helpful telling us about local restaurants and attractions even let us borrow the map to take out with us.
Review 22:Unfortunately the quality of the over bath shower was a little disappointing but hot water always available. Wi-Fi a little troublesome but don't know if that's always the case.
Review 23:Location perfect for the all local attractions and coastal resorts. Bed really comfy and room more than adequate. Breakfast continental but very nice. Hosts were pleasant, attentive and always extremely helpful in answering questions about the local area. Excellent value for money.
Review 24:Nothing
Review 25:The peace and tranquillity, although the entrance is somewhat confusing, going down a farm track. But fear not, trust your GPS, it will get you there.
Review 26:Amazing building with a beautiful view over a small valley with (if you get the room at the front) friendly welcoming staff and amazing room and bathroom.

Review 36:Excellent location. Beautiful views from our bedroom. Friendly reception from our lady hostess. Our room was lovely: spacious, clean, welcoming, comfortable bed, tea and coffee in abundance. Fridge on the landing if we wanted to cool our wine! Good healthy breakfast of cereals, fruit yoghurt, toast,( lovely coffee) etc.... We explored the grounds and the lovely walled veg garden. Even the chickens look contented!

Review 42:The house is situated about a mile from the main road which was very narrow. The house although clean and comfortable needed modernizing regarding decoration.
Review 43:The room was large and comfortable as was the bed. There was only one table for breakfast which we and four other people had to sit around. However, we quickly got to know them and found they were from Australia. The breakfast room had a wonderful view over a low valley.
