Reviews for Dewi Sinta Hotel and Restaurant
Review 1:Room very dated, like something from the 1970's.
Review 2:Great to get to see Tanah Lot out of normal business hours and away from the crowds. Pool was nice. Room was big, family room.
Review 3:Pool was a little bit smelly and the breakfast was really poor.
Review 4:Really close to Tanah Lot, so you pay for the entrance to the area and you can go to Tanah Lot how many times you want. This was the best.
Review 5:Dated rooms, dodgy looking bathroom, dark interior, noisy airconditioning and overall feel to the room was creepy.
Review 6:Hotel is located within a short walking distance to the Tanah Lot temple. It's a cheap hotel so for a short stopover night it's fine.Pool area is quite nice.
Review 7:You would not want really want to stay here more than one night - you can see everything you need to in one day. Wifi is only available in restaurant and is not so strong. Staff are a bit vacant.
Review 8:We stayed over night to watch the sunset over temple and get a walk around over 2 days. The rooms are comfy and spacious, the pool area was lovely and practically unused. Breakfast was good.
Review 9:The "value deal" we registered for was misleading. It landed us in a row of double standard rooms which suffer careless cleaning. Structurally, the worst part is that on this row you'll here everything going on in the bathrooms next door. My recommendation: book your room carefully.
Review 10:The hotel's layout is beautiful and exterior areas (paths, private temples, trees, ponds, plants, colours) are all conducive to relaxation. It is located on the main pedestrian & commercial street leading to the Tanah Lot temple (5 min. walk), but has a comfortable buffer zone that allows for peace and quiet.
Review 11:Having in mind that to enter the hotel, you have got to buy ticket costing 30.000idr per person, and hotel do not support you. Moreover, it is an outland and transportations are such a cheating since they will charge you 2-3 times extra to take you to somewhere around
Review 12:Acsess to the beautiful cliff beach and temples, calmness
Review 13:Door has gap. Mosquitos.Ants. Conditioner was faulty and noisy. Toilet flash broken. Breakfast - terrible, small and chip.Transportation price same like taxi.
Review 14:location is good.Pool .Balinese exotic
Review 15:Old Property not well managed perhaps, its like everything is there but you cant use it.

Review 21:The swiming pool. The hotel is close to Tanah lot temple.
Review 22:bad restaurant.noise of tourist other room
Review 23:bathroom and toilet was like a lake!!!!!the pool was green so no swimming
Review 24:the bathroom was not clean, noise from the next room as we were staying in the same room together.
Review 25:Wifi is not available in my room
Review 26:Staff friendly Very closed to tanahlot
Review 27:Hotel is run doen and in need of refurbishment but we paid very little for double bed so cannot complain too much
Review 28:Location - very near Tanah Lot
Review 29:toilet damage and bad smell, blanknet have smell
Review 30:very close to Tanah lot
Review 31:Bathroom facilities especially piping and tabs are very old and need upgrading.
Review 32:The hotel is quite old but clean. It is just 2 minutes walk to Tanah Lot temples - which we considered very important.
Review 33:There is toll payment required to enter the hotel since it lies within premises of Tanah Lot tourist area. The fittings in the room could be better maintained.
Review 34:Very close to beautiful Tanah Lot temples and beach. Wonderful sunset location! Breakfast included.
Review 35:- dirty, really dirty!: uncleaned air conditioning, dust on furnitures, stone taps, repulsive bathroom, towels in very poor condition - very limited attractions in the area - a small selection of dishes in the restaurant (although quite tasty)
Review 36:- good location - nice exterior design - close by the market with souvenirs - watching Tanah Lot temple at any time of the day
Review 37:Have to pay entrance fee to the whole area in order to get to hotel
Review 38:Location. Good value. Clean, comfortable rooms close to temples and restaurants. Quiet.
Review 39:Bathroom is a little bit dirty and need to refresh Fridge was broken and a/c didn t work very well
Review 40:Located close to the temple Very nice swimming pool
Review 41:- no internet in the room only in the restaurant area
Review 42:- perfect location for visiting Tanah Lot Temple - helpful staff - spacious rooms - quiet environment - good value for money
Review 43:- The location isn't so good if you are expecting to chill at night and have some beers or see some night life! There's no access to other fun places, as in Ubud or Seminyak, and the market closes at 8pm. There's literally nothing else to do! - The temple Tanah Lot is amazing, but is best seen around 2pm. if you can cross over the rocks to actually go inside the temple or see the sunset late evening. We were there early morning because we spent the night in the hotel DOING NOTHING AT ALL and hence we didn't want to wait till 2pm just to cross over, although I would've loved to!
Review 44:- The location is good if only Tanah Lot temple is your focus.
Review 45:Misrepresentation in that website stated "minibar, tea/coffee making facilities and satellite TV are standard in all rooms" none of which were provided. Location was extremely difficult to find within Tannah Lot, which required a INR40,000 ticket everytime you left and returned to the hotel by car. Rooms outdated in need of renovation. Restaurant provided basic rice/noodle dishes of average standard, drinks over-priced. Inferior breakfast where with two boiled eggs asked to pay extra for toast. Swimming pool and area run-down and neglected.
Review 46:Nothing, apart from checking-out.
Review 47:The hotel is outdated, dirty and after sunset the erea is completely empty. There is nothing to do at night. The breakfast was poor. We really did not likes our stay and do not recommend this hotel.
Review 48:The hotel is really close to the tanah lot temple, you can walk it in less than 5 minutes.
Review 49:- very old hotel - swimming pool so dirty that insect as breeding inside - cannot us bath - no water pressure - useless staff - frugal breakfast
Review 50:proximity to tanah lot
Review 51:Location is in the tanah lot area, very crowded and very isolated.i wasvery disgusted by the fact that I had to pay extra for an extra toastwith my poor breaffast .and 15,000 idr is really expensive for Bali .Rooms were clean but uncomfortable and the bathroom was smelly.
Review 52:The pool
Review 53:Room is a bit stuffy. Not a big complaint though. While Wifi is advertised, it is not working.
Review 54:It is within walking distance to Tanah Lot. Restaurant serves good food. Staff are attentive.
Review 55:You have to buy a ticket for Tannah Lot before you can enter to find the hotel which I hadn't seen mentioned anywhere. If you want to go out and come back you have to buy another ticket. Don't get a room by the pool as the pool doesn't close so you can hear kids screaming and playing in the pool at night. The bathrooms are behind the room and aren't completely sealed so when your neighbor decides to have a shower at midnight it's as if they're showering in our room.
Review 56:The temple is nice although the whole place seems designed as a tourist trap. We had planned for 2 nights but left after 1 due to the noise in the room. The staff were ok but don't speak very much English so it's very hard to communicate.
Review 57:The pool area while clean was run down. only two deck chairs, though their was other upright seating. Once upon a time there had been a pool bar. Such a shame to let it go as the pool area was/once upon a time beautiful.
Review 58:We wanted to have a quick stopover in Tanah Lot and to our surprise found it was right there in the middle of it all really. Great staff and service, breakfast was great - spacious and very clean room with what seemed brand new sheeting. Location location location to the temple! Early after breakfast, we popped out for a walk around and we had it to ourselves!!!!
Review 59:Low water pressure in the shower.
Review 60:It was near the temple and the good shopping area. Nice pool. Tv andminibar. The hotel restaurant was so great! I realy enjoyed the fish!
Review 61:Oldish hotel. It was probably great 20 years ago but no or very fewrenovations have been made since and it shows in the room(furniture, bathroom, water leaks in the ceiling, old towelsetc...). It lacks so much being maintained that it looked dirtywhich it was not on no account.
Review 62:Very close to Tanah Lot Temple and on the way to western Bali so youavoid the drive out of dps. The staff was very nice. Brekkie was good.Very nice swimming pool.
Review 63:We had to change rooms twice because of leaks in the bathroom and cleanliness of rooms
Review 64:Room not lockable so room change in need Bathroom (no warm water)
Review 65:Pool Pretty hotel Breakfast
Review 66:Location and services good
Review 67:rain
Review 68:location
Review 69:Food was very average and overpriced.
Review 70:Perfect location for the temple.
Review 71:Proximity to Tanah Lot Helpfulness of some staff
Review 72:The Chlorine levels in the pool were too high.
Review 73:Friendly, helpful staff, spacious rooms and a beautiful pool, plus a great restaurant.
Review 74:no elevator/lift, but it is not bad as our room was in the second floor no wifi at room, we did not try in public area
Review 75:very close to the beach
Review 76:Breakfast (but everywhere in Bali), noise because of the cats.
Review 77:Friendly staff, location and room
