Review 1：Not practical for business trips. Hotel has no restaurant or any other services. Room has small kitchen; good for families filling-up food at the supermarket. Other than the spectacular view of Kalamata, there is no other reason to stay here. Bathroom has no shower device and the lighting is not good to shave.

Review 3：The roads leading to the place are very narrow and steep. A car is needed to get there and also a GPS is recommended.
Review 4：The view was truly amazing. Everything was new, beautiful and very clean. The owner and his wife were really attentive to all we needed and we had a wonderful time.
Review 5：Petra Thea was a welcome respite after spending a few days in Athens. The views are fantastic- both day and night, sun or rain. The owners were very friendly and treated us to a fantastic breakfast every morning. Spiros, who helped us with communication, was great!
Review 6：It was a bit tricky to find the hotel at first, but after you drive the road once it isn't an issue. They do not yet have a credit card reader so be sure to take cash!
Review 7：This hotel was breathtakingly beautiful. The room was more like a 2 floor suite, complete with a small kitchen which came in very handy. The balcony had a wonderful panorama view of the sea and we spent quite a lot of time out there! Dimitris and his family were incredibly kind and accomodating, taking us in their car to go visit olive groves when we asked for recommendations. The beds were very comfortable and hot water was plentiful. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and delicious. If I ever return to Greece, I will stay at this hotel for my entire visit. It was very relaxing.
Review 8：We expected to be able to efficiently cook, brew coffee, toast bread but we had to express our concern through Booking.com before we got a coffeemaker, iron, and use of washer/dryer. We had a very small paring knife to cut food! As beautiful the maisonette and view were, the road to get there was steep, very narrow and dangerous if meeting another vehicle!

Review 10：As advised by other visitors, the bed is very hard (so is the sofa forthe third person). We brought along a mattress topper. Without it, thebed would have been torture. We advised the owner to fit mattresstoppers to all the beds.The owner does not speak English, though he is fluent in Greek. As advised by other visitors, the directions given on booking.com are wrong. Instead, take the correct route: from the main road take Ag Spyridonos road for about 2km and you eventually arrive at the apartments. You definitely need a car to get here.
Review 11：This accommodation is situated in a peaceful location with beautifulviews across the Messinian Bay. It is newly built, completed in spring2015 to a very high standard, with a nice bathroom and lovely fluffytowels. There is a very spacious living area and a large veranda.Your preferences for breakfast are taken by the owner, Dimitris, when you arrive and they are brought to your room at the requested time. Breakfast is a sumptuous affair with lots of choice. We were not disappointed! The hospitality of the owner and his wife is really good and they try to be as accommodating as possible. Except for the hard mattress, these positives far outweigh the negatives.
Review 12：the view from these apartments is spectacular. the mountain to the rear and the most stunning view of Kalamata both dy and night. the apartments were pristine, cleaned daily , fresh fluffy towels, slippers, the studio was so well thought out a,all modern amenities ad a bath! the owners, although not speaking english were most helpful and kind, they provided us with fresh bread, olives ,cheese and olive oil. the following day we had dried oregano left at our door. such wonderful people and such a tranquil place to be.
Review 13：The maisonette was beautiful with nice decoration and it was very comfortable. We have everyday cleaning and new towels. The place has very nice view and the owners was very kind!!! We had great time there!!! The maisonette was exactly as you can see on that photos uploaded on the site.
