Review 2：The room was a little dated but extremely clean with quality fittings. We felt very comfortable - not too "over the top" and good value for money.

Review 4：Location , good view of albany from our unit walk to town , good restaurant could have a couple of value meals which would attract us to have more than one meal there during our stay also sheets and towels were replaced daily. The parking bays were wide which is good for a large vehicle

Review 6：The food of the restaurant was really good. Staff was quite knowlegeable and the menu was quite large with even veggies portions to eat - could avoid the french fries! Good sleep.

Didn't appreciate people in the next balcony smoking as it drifted into our room. Gastly!!! (was a non smoking area) Pity they didn't update the balcony when they renovated.

Review 12：Within walking distance of town centre was definitely a bonus. The room was newly furnished with modern comfortable facilities. Can't comment on the restaurant as we didn't use it. Staff in reception were friendly and efficient. Housekeeper wished us well when we drove away. Nice!!

Review 28：Very comfortable and roomy room. Bed very comfortable. Fantastic to have a sink in the room rather than have to use the bathroom basin. Loved having a balcony view without climbing stairs.

Review 47：Room for a solo traveller had 3 beds and was probably last decorated in the 1970's. Noisy neighbours partied until 1.30. Wind whistled through gap in window. Fluorescent strip lights - even above bed. They shut restaurant on Saturday morning for a function - told to go down road to get my own breakfast. Had to start work at 7.30 on Sunday. Restaurant didn't open until 7.30. Albany deserves better. Don't book the standard room unless you are nostalgic for 70's Australian motel decor.

Review 55：The restaurant was closed for a private function on the Sunday night so no room service was available and no alternative options presented. The private function also meant that the restaurant would not be open for breakfast; so the breakfast presented was 2 star quality. When I ate breakfast in the restaurant the next morning....exactly the same room service breakfast was presented [Continental]. I was disappointed with the standard given the alleged quality of the restaurant. I think they should have advised me before I arrived so I could have made an alternative decision or arrangement. Communication would have made the difference.

Avoid them at any chance.The rooms above, accessed from behind each building, are directly aboveand very noisy to the point you will hear every bowel movement of thepeople staying above! We did not have a booking but asked any way just before 17.30 no one in the restaurant and told they could not help us a very poor selection of bar food offered & while having a drink an other resident was turned away.We should have been given the option to eat and go quickly if they where fully booked it was the way it was handled, We had room service the previous night again selection poor.We have decided to try a different place next time.The young staff need training on how to keep customers.
