Review 1：Toilet temperamental - would keep running. A lot of the TV channels had bad reception - kept cutting in and out.

Review 3：At night tvs (foxtel) kept dropping out to the point you couldn't watch anything. Perhaps weather interference (windy).

Review 5：We were given 2 little milks on arrival, (3 adults) we required another milk for the next mornings breakfast but management would not give us another. I think that the cost of a small milk would more then cover goodwill

Review 12：Very comfortable, quiet and spacious apartment, ground floor suited us well. Air conditioner excellent during freezing temperatures at night.
Review 13：Our bedroom (room 9) had a window outside of which was a bright light that was left on all night. We only discovered it when we went to bed (reception closed) and despite the blackout curtain an intense bright light came through the sides and top of the curtain and illuminated the room leading to sleepless night. Room 9 is a great one with a full kitchen (not all one-bedrooms have a full kitchen) - just ask on check-in if you get this room that they turn off the carport light! Also, lots of people came and went on Sunday and reception was closed....we could hear them calling the after hours phone constantly.

Review 17：Our only issue would be the shower nozzle and floor drainage as we had quite a lot of water escape from the shower recess and resulted in a very slippery bathroom floor.

Review 28：the traffic noise you couldn't leave the door open at night. We did have the apartment right next to the road, perhaps further back in the block would be much quieter. I think the police in Bathurst must have been on holidays or out of town. If they sat in Charlotte st for a few hours they would have had their book full.

Review 36：Very dirty carpet chipped furniture. Fly screens falling out of windows. Felt we are definitely paying too much for the standard of what we got. Housekeeping was very poor.

The cooking facilities consisted of (slightly dirty and rusty, though operational) portable hot plates supplemented by a small microwave/convection oven - adequate but not for anything other than fairly basic food preparation.
Review 39：Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, located in a relatively quiet street off the main highway in the centre of town. Close to the central business district, shops, historical buildings, etc. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman and there was an overall impression of neatness and cleanliness in the building and car parking area.
