Review 1：the owners/employees have no idea how to speak in english. they do not even know how to use google translate as via email we were told that the room was on ground floor when we had a flight of stairs, we booked pick up from teh airport and i was promised that they will have a car seat, when the driver came for us (he was even 30mins late) he told me he does not have a car seat but will buy one! what a silly excuse and so selfish!!!!! plus via email we agreed on a certain price for pick up and drop off, when we went to pay he said the amount was only for one way!!!

Review 2：the location was perfect for my grandparents even though they had to go up and down a flight of stairs every time they wanted to go out! in addition the stairs did not have a railing to hold on to!!!!

Review 3：Accommodation was including breakfast but homemade maintained that not. Only after our complaint, he issued a ticket to the next coffee shop for breakfast. Language barrier - the owner does not speak English, only Italian!

Review 4：Bellow standard facilities including plumbing - bathroom equipped with fixtures for the disabled without access for the disabled - dirty and malfunctioning fridge. For a few € more, get a bb to remember with affection.

Review 13：- nice apartments to stay in Caltagirone - just in the city centre (5 minutes by walk to the centre and famous stairs) - public parking opposite to B&B - nice view to the mountains from the window - very quiet and comfortable beds

Review 14：5 minits walk to centum . the room was clean with modern and demanding furnitures . you can parking free behind the buliding , but we did not this information , so we parked front of bulding along the street . parking charge : 0,75 eur/ hour from 8.30 -to 8.00 p.m
