Review 1：When we arrived our cot and highchair was not in the apartment despite having re-confirmed our requirements three days before arriving, unfortunately we didn't receive the cot until just after 7pm which was disappointing. The location isn't very pushchair friendly, without a baby carrier it would be very difficult to walk into the village as you need to take steps down as the road doesn't have a path.
Review 2：A bright, modern apartment with good facilities and fantastic views of the lake from the balcony. The nearby village was very pretty and the ferry service stopped at the port which made seeing the lake and visiting other places easy.
Review 3：Some better explanation of the villas equipment would be very useful eg. Wifi connection (we had to ring the management co. To get the password). Also there was no explanation of the heating/aircon controls and we only found out when we rang that you could not use the heating until mid October (by law apparently). There is a DVDs player and TV but no library of DVDs.
Review 4：Argegno is a great village. The location of the villa is fantastic and it has a great view from both the main bedroom and living area and a very good balcony. The facilities of the villa were very good. The pool was clean and also has a great view of the lake while swimming.
Review 5：Beds in second bedroom were not comfortable for adults. Mattresses and pillows were hard.
Review 6：Stunning view from the balcony as set high on a hill. Quality building. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely swimming pool. Walking distance to the town. Authentic Italian village and not overrun with tourists.
Review 7：wifi is advertised as being available in all areas. It is not. Several calls to the property management company were frustrating. Promises to get back to us did not happen. Eventually we had to make a trip to Menaggio to sort issues out, as they refused to come to us. Wifi was installed, but it took 48 Hours. The apartment was very under equipped for self catering. Only 3 Wineglasses, no small bowls for cereals etc. Against the list of what is recommended to be there, it was poor. The appartment had not been cleaned properly. Bedrooms do not have bedside tables, no where to put anything. Torn sheets on the bed. Same with the bathroom. Pool pictures show a table with loungers. They are not there. You have to carry the loungers down (from the second floor and only 2 of them between 4 of us). There is nowhere to put your towels etc. this could be a stunning property for rent. It simply needs a little more spending on it.
