Review 1：The soap dispensers in the room and bathroom are poor. No other toiletries are provided. Some facilities in the wellness section did not work.

Review 2：A very calm, nice, pleasant place to have a short (several-day) rest. Excellent for a family with small children, looking for tranquility, security and not special excitement. I will come here with my grandchildren, too.

Review 3：If I'd an owner, I'll replace management immediatelly. Nice property, but awfull food, poor service with not Enhlush speaging staff, room equippend like 20y back .

Review 4：Everything. Starting from the 1st min. Room was not ready for us, there was no soap (we asked for it twice), everything was dirty, and there were red ants everywhere. We were moved to a room underground where the bed and room was terrible. Once again we had no soap and the bed springs dug into my back. The worst two nights by far. We have the half board and proceeded to never have dinner because everything was over salted. There was never a clean place to sit.

Review 6：- dinner till 21, 20:55 we asked for tea, the answer was "we have no tea", so we asked for water... - breakfest till 10:00, 09:55 we were informed "you have max. 5-10 minutes" and part of dishes was hidden, we couldn't have egg. milk; - I put card "do not disturb" on the door, but instead of that I was woken up at 8:30 by room service; - partially working wifi at area B

Review 8：it is not a bad experience and it cannot be changed but if a fairy forced me to make a wish for the hotel I´d place it a bitt closer to the city centre of Esztergom

Review 10：Lack of vegetarian food, bathroom equipped in a bit old style, some dead bugs in the room (previous guest killed them - but they somehow remained there after cleaning the room)

Review 12：Everything was perfect, only we had issue with internet connection but it was problem with ISP since in whole hotel it wasn't work for half a day.

Review 13：The bottle of water we had for dinner was not included. Bed pillows - based on our personal taste - were not too comfortable.

Review 14：The hotel building is nice, staff at the reception was very helpful. We were in the 117 room that is less than 10 steps away from the Wellness! It was so convenient! Several towels were provided and the room was clean. In the evening we had live music and in the lobby you even had a few table games if you wanted. The location is perfect to rest, it's very quiet. Both breakfast and dinner were varied and very sufficient for the occasion.

Review 19：The choice and the quality of food is really poor for a 4 star hotel, it isn't worth the price. The wifi is also poor, at the evening we didn't have internet connection at all. Our room (212) smelt a bit, when we arrived, and many things in our room didn't function properly. The most annoying was, when I realised just 30 minutes before checking out, that the hairdryer didn't work, so I had to go down to the spa, to dry my hair.

Review 20：The wellness facilities are excellent, the spa is really well equipped, spent wonderful time there. The hotel is situated in a lovely environment, the view from the pools and from the restaurant is really nice.

Review 41：The hotel states that there is WiFi throughout the hotel complex. If you need to have WiFi in your room check it before accepting the room. We had to change rooms to get a connection and this was not done easily. The reception staff did not match the quality of the hotel and need training.

Review 42：The spa facilities are excellent. The aspect of the restaurant overlooking the Danube is beautiful. Breakfast is a great comprehensive buffet.

Review 43：It is car dependent and although the view is great, it is near a road, albeit one with limited traffic. The worst thing was the mosquitos, which were particularly but after the Danube had flooded, and in the warm summer air. I would suggest mosquito curtains on windows are considered. I only stayed one night, so my impressions may have changed one way or another during a longer stay. I would definitely return.

Review 45：Really nice place! It's like a castle. Very friendly personal, cosy rooms and, I guess, the most comfortable bed I'd ever slept on. Breakfast was perfect - delicious and really many dishes to choose. Wellness-centre is awesome - so stylish and has everything you need (we love SPA vacations so saw hundreds wellness-zones - hotel's wellness centre is totally great) If we go to Hungary next year again and will have enough time we would stay at this hotel again :) By the way, about only 5-10 minutes by car to go to Esztergom :)
