Review 1：unsatisfied with the receptionist. Unpolite. Very disappointed with this hotel. I do request for 2single bedroom but they said only able for 1single bed bcos room are fully booked Then i request for smoking room and they said already full But 3mins later, other guest come and asking for smoking room with kingsize bed price and she said room is available and info the rate price is rp 692k I feel terribly mad just bcos i book via booking.com I wont come here again in future. I dont feel like treat like paid guest.

Review 10：- Very convenience, just 5min walk from the airport express link station. Just cross through the mall and it locate behind the mall. - Wifi is fast. This is what we satisfy the most - Security system was good as the lift only can access via room card

Review 11：Took forever to check in because they don't understand international credit cards, the streets outside are Wild West, 2 rooms I used were beside massed air conditioning so noisy & other beside street so smelt of worst public toilet, breakfast offered food that was lunch or dinner, wifi was just ok in 1 room, iffy in 2nd and so weak as to be useless in 3rd. I have longer list!

Review 36：This is a really good new hotel, when i was here it just opened for a month.. They were still building the upperfloors.. Medan is not a Nice town to visit but staying in this hotel makes it all good.. The room was clean, nicely decorated with a real design look And has everything you Need. For the Price i paid (25euro) it was a perfect hotel And i highly recommend it when you have to stay in medan.
