Review 1：The bathroom in our guest room is located at an upper level, which was uncomfortable. To reach it, a steep set of stairs have to be taken.

Review 2：The house is beautiful and well kept and the breakfast is great.

Review 3：You need a car to get anywhere. Very near to the road, so you can hear the traffic.

Review 4：Beautifull house and garden, you can sit and relax outside. Absolutely gorgeous breakfast. You can use a big shared fridge, which is useful especially in summer. You can buy very nice local wine directly here.

Review 5：Warm welcome from Paola when we arrived. She was very helpful and open. House is very nice furnished and surroundings is just great. Breakfast were brilliant. We stayed only 1 night because of other bookings but I recommend to stay longer, as this is perfect place to relax.

Review 6：We had a short stay for 2nights/1day,we wanted to explore Maremma national park. So as for this purpose, the property was absolutely good.The territory is very impressive. The staff/the family was very nice . Probably from agriturism we expected more cheeze on the breakfast instead of cakes . otherwise everything was excellent.

Review 12：Beautiful view and very neat and lovely house. The staff was friendly and helpfull. They produce own wine from their vineyards also for good price. Beautiful San Gimignano is about 25mins walk from the agriturismo. Most of the visitors come from Germany and Italy.

Review 27：We had trouble finding it as it is a bit off the beaten track and being English we like to drink tea all the time! I take a kettle but needed some where to keep my milk cold, other Agriturisomo places we stayed had a small cooler in the room which would have been useful.

Review 28：this is a spacious new house, which has mainly Italian visitors, it is set in large peaceful grounds surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, we were made very welcome and the breakfast is sumptuous with a huge choice of food, The rooms large, clean and modern. No TV.
