Review 1：there was a ceremony in town on the day we checked out. during check out process i asked the reception guy that where the bus to mytillini is? he told me that it was right nearby the hotel. we waited for an hour but the bus didn't show up. we turned back to the hotel to call bus station. and the same guy told us that the bus doesn't enter the town because of the ceremony

Review 2：The only downside is to have to use a bus to the port which is only 3 times a day (once on sundays) so you need to take the taxi to/from mytiline. One way costs more than the room...

Review 3：First things first: the location was perfect! Right across a beautiful beach, near lots of taverns, cafes, supermarkets, etc. The hotel was at the center and also close to Molivos. We were going to stay for 3 days and move on to another beach but we loved the hotel and the place so much that we extended our stay to 6 days, and every day was fun, we didn't get bored at all. The beds were comfy, the room way cleaned daily and the sheets/towels were changed every 2 days. The bathroom was big enough and we always had hot water. The AC worked perfectly and there wasnt a funky smell at all. The sandy-pebbled beach across the hotel was wonderful and clean, the prices of the cafe was decent. But the beach on the rightmost place was even more beautiful, completely sandy! The staff of the hotel was also very nice family hotel. They were always helpful with everything, they arranged many reservations for us, chit-chatted when we saw each other.. The breakfast was also nice, including fresh fruits from the trees! By the way, the bread of the hotel and everywhere else was extraordinary! The smell, the taste was wonderful! Put some olive oil on the bread and you're good to go! Next time, definitely again on the same place at the same hotel!

Review 4：* Noisy road in front of hotel which meant that we had to keep doors closed at night... not so nice.. * The breakfast was rather basic...

Review 7：Great location, extraordinary value, great service. The good far outweigh the bad. On the beach literally across the street. Petra is a very nice place to stay. As much as I like Mykonos and the tourist islands, Lesvos is an unspoilt jewel in the Aegean. Real Greek feel. Make sure you are there 15th August for the patron saint celebrations.

Review 9：Nothing. Still not understood why visitors before wrote bad things about bathroom and breakfast. Everything was good for paid money.

Review 13：The building is old, especially bathrooms need to be renewed. Common areas are clean, but the rooms and the bathrooms are not clean enough. The rezevoir of our bathroom was broken, it caused noise all night. Also the noise of the water tank was disturbing.

Review 14：The location of the hotel is great. There are many different restaurant near. Petra Beach is just in front of the hotel. Anaxos Beach is not so far. Taxi fair is fix 5 Euro to Anaxos. The owner family is warm and helpful. Breakfast includes limited food but it was basicly satisfying.

Review 37：You'll need a car, if you want to go to Mythmna/Molivos very often. Bathroom was some old style, but it was real clean.

Review 38：Very friendly staff makes you feel like you're stayin in your own country and with your own relatives :) Clean sheets and bathroom. Comfortable enough without luxury. It is just on the beach. Very convenient for families with little children like us. There is a free public parking area close to the hotel. Eating places are close. Breakfast was far better than we expected. We had fresh figs and other fruit every morning (in August). We really consider to visit next year if we had the chance to organize our holiday.

Review 42：A hotel with a very strategic location, next to the beach, shops etc. breakfast is OK, staff is helpful and serves basic needs.
