Review 8：When booking a room in this hotel I was a bit concerned by its rating. Confronted with the reality-; great location (almost on the beach), overall service properly organised, well maintained and clean room. On top of that quite nice selection of good food and free drinks, served at the area which is perhaps not a five star restaurant (it is more like a canteen) but still, very convenient and fully adequate.

Review 9：The overall cleanliness of the room and public areas is very poor. Sadly it was obvious that the carpet had not been vacuumed after the previous guests in our hotel room and after our first night, the room was not properly serviced - bins had not been emptied, the bathroom was not cleaned and all towels had been removed and not replenished.

Review 10：The food in the dining room was outstanding - plentiful, great variety and well presented. The ability to walk directly from the hotel pool area into the Dead sea was fantastic.

Review 11：We are appalled you could have this hotel advertised on your site. It isfalling apart, short staffed and smells terrible. The first room given(after a 4 hour wait) smelt terribly of bleach with an underlying smellof vomit. Eventually we changed rooms. There were smashed insects on theceiling, it had a broken door, the bathrooms were dirty and beyonddated. I have travelled around the world and stayed in many types ofhotels. You rated this as a 4 star hotel. You completely misrepresentedthe situation to us and we question whether anyone from your company hasactually gone to inspect this place. I will never trust nor use yourservice again. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and giventhe cost per night it was extremely expensive.

Could not find a bar for adults to sit and have a quite drink, only place we could find was in the kids entertainment area with blasting music and no where to smoke. Seemed strange to serve alcohol in a kids venue. Always had to return to our room for a smoke or go way outside somewhere.

Review 21：I was very surprised because i read before my stay some bad advises from previous customers. Everything was perfect, hotel have choosen an accodomation like in a cruise with full boarding including free wine. Very good for the price value, i got a special offer with 34% discount. Food were good. SPA is excellent clean . The beach is very convenient and straight from the hotel. People is very helpfull. Excellent view from the room.

I went to a sister hotel owned by the Fatal Group which was only a few blocks away and a 4 star hotel and complained I was promised a General manager would call but he never did.

When checking in, I was asked to sign and initial a number of documents. Normally I never read everything, who does, but at least I want to know what I'm signing. The English speaking guy at the check in desk was rushing me and very annoyed that I was even asking.

I did not have any hooks on the bathroom door to hang my wet towels. The baseboard in our room was missing. The cabinetry was not fastened properly to the wall.

Review 58：Air-Con in the corridor outside our room was poor so even the 100m distance from our room to the elevator was stiflingly hot. Staff were courteous at best and some bordered on indifferent to our basic needs such as providing us with enough bathroom towels to serve a family of 5. The hotel was full to capacity so we understand that staffing may have been stretched thin but the lines for service in the Rush-Rush lobby bar were longer than usually acceptable.

Review 59：I loved the all-inclusive aspect of this booking. The pool was great and we loved the private beach. It was a nice family-centred vacation that allowed us to relax by the pool during our stay. The staff member servicing the coffee station at breakfast was particularly friendly especially relative to some of his colleagues (see negative comments). The check-in staff member was also very helpful and we were offered a number of additional benefits due to having booked through booking.com which was an unexpected surprise.

Review 68：We travel all over the world and this the first time I felt compelled to write a review: We love a good party, but the situation around the pool is pretty sad. Lots of noise, trash everywhere and no respect for fellow guests. Even the life guard had his personal stereo blasting half the pool and clashing with the (cheesy) hotel music. At the end of the day the whole area around the pool was hosed down, with all the trash being deliberately pushed into the pool--at lest an hour before the pool closing time, while a guest was swimming laps. We could see trash, cigarette butts and plastic wrappers floating in the pool when the workers left the area. We did not see anyone come to clean the pool afterward. At 9:30 in the evening, we were kicked out of the outdoor area on the pool side because it was closed for the night. The only accessible outdoor area was the parking area by the front door of the hotel, where we were asked several times if we are guests (in case we were "stealing" Internet access). This is a ridiculously inhospitable area with only a few chairs and tables to accommodate all the hotel's guests who wished to enjoy any outdoor air after 9:30, smokers and non smokers squeezed in together. The food was poor quality relative to what we paid. Although some dishes were decent and the salad bar provides many healthy and fresh options, the deserts seemed to be created for children who care only about the idea of chocolate or sugar quantity and not flavor or quality: flavorless cakes, sugar water popcicles, sugar water and soda. The only items available outside the scripted meal times were sugary beverages, one dark and one light beer and coffee--from the inside "bar". In short, it's not an all inclusive resort with option available at all times nor is it a resort that offers high quality experience. Come for the sea, forget the rest.

Review 123：We got the room after a big delay (about 1.5h) The reception claimed that "booking" are not updated that on Saturdays rooms are prepared for entering not on 15:00 (as it was written) but one hour after Shabbat. After a long discourse we got finally the room. The hotel is dirty. The showers on the beach were in bad condition: one was out of order and the other was flooded like a big swamp. The dining room is dirty, towels were on floors in order to sponge liquids from the refrigerators, and the smell was bad. The cutlery was also party dirty.

The beach was very refuse, and the sea also. The room was awful. So, we cancelled the second weak, and went to Eilat. Here is the 5 star is 5 ;) So, if somebody want to visit the dead sea, i recommend to go to Jordan.

Hotel have privet beach to Dead Sea.Rooms are nice and big with small balcony to the sea side. Bed are good size and good mattress. There buss which take to shopping centre in 3 minutes,goes every hour until 10.00pm. The staff in the hotel speak Russian and the have Russian tv in the room.
