Review 1：You have to call the owner to come to open the hotel. What you do if don't have Italian phone. Very noise from Trafic never again

Review 5：Owner shuts down airconditioning at night. So if you visit Caltagirone in july or august, like we did, look for another accomodation. And don't visit the owners restaurant. It's not the best place in town. Go to Il Locandiere instead. It's down te same street as your room. You won't regret it.

Review 10：Well organized and run. We arrived early and were greeted by the owner. He also had a restaurant down the street which was lively and clearly loved by the locals. The location was excellent with nearby parking.

Review 13：Very friendly welcome, nice big room with free WiFi for the kids. The location is superb, on a small, quiet residential street close to the famous ceramic steps. We even had our own balcony which made us feel like Italians. Guiseppe, the owner, also owns a wonderful pizzeria nearby where we had the best pizza of our entire trip. Recommend the pizza named after Giuseppe.

Review 29：Great value. Very large bedroom and bathroom. Toiletries and water supplied each day. Room cleaned and linen changed each day. Owner also has a restaurant close by which is also very good. Excellent bar near stairs for breakfast. Would recommend highly.
Review 30：The young man that came to give us the keys, was not very happy... not a very warm welcome, but a pleasant conversation the next day with ... his father I think.
Review 31：It's a flat. Huge room with a big bed and another small one. Also a sofa, a table and chairs, a desk and fridge. Clean, near the center and really nice.
Review 32：Caltagirone is an extremely hilly town with extremely narrow streets, many of them one-way, which makes for harrowing driving. We arrived by car and could not find the hotel, despite having Google maps and directions and the Booking.com map.
Review 33：Room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and up-to-date. Very attractive design throughout building. Owner was helpful and accommodating at B&B as well as at his nearby cozy restaurant, where we had a very good dinner. The B&B and restaurant were both great values for the quality provided. Owner graciously came on his motor scooter to guide us to the B&B when we got lost driving into the town.
Review 34：No staff based in the hotel means that if you need anything it might betricky... But we didn't so it was fine. No breakfast offered, butthe town is full of incredible bakery shops so it was not a problem.

Giussepe was friendly andgave us good advice on places to visit. He could speak English buthumoured me as I wanted to practice my Italian
