Review 2：Location of the hotel is fantastic. We had a large, specious suite that was very clean and pleasantly decorated. Staff is helpful and polite. We had a lovely stay at Scarlet and we highly recommend.

Review 6：It was just like staying at a friends house. Calm, relaxing and welcoming. The place is stunning and every detail has been carefully considered to ensure their guests are truly relieving stress.

Review 7：Service not as good as on a previous stay. Long waits for tea/coffee requiring reminders. Breakfast on the second day took 30 minutes and we then had to send it back as totally over cooked - not up to our expectations.

Review 8：The price. At 320 stg a night it really is too much. Maybe that price including dinner would be ok. The toilet facilities should be more separate. The pool was a little too cold. A paper couldn't be found on the premises when I asked.

Review 9：The view was spectacular. Couldn't fault it. The breakfast was so unusual and tasty. Also the little books and cranny a for relaxing were lovely.

Review 10：Make sure you do spa reservations as early as possible. Popular treatments are likely fully booked or it will be hard to get preferred time slots.

Review 11：The Scarlet is such a gem. Great location. Staff are fantastic, and the facilities are great. No kids policy is a plus. People come to chill, enjoy the venue, spa, food and the great views. The food is outstanding. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Definitely on the list for a return visit!

Review 12：It was a bad choice for a group of ten people we were told it was for couples but at the time it was one of the only places 4-5 star in the area with accommodation for the ten of us. If you want to just relax and spoil yourselves this is for you.

Review 17：Location, location, location. Overall great place which we recommend, small details in service make it a 4 star and not a 5 stars. Very kind staff in any case so forgivable. Even the small rooms are nicely done and don't feel claustrophobic.

I think on the first night some journalists were reviewing the restaurant which meant we got overlooked, as staff seemed to be constantly hovering around them. Review 55：I might aswell have slept on the floor as the matresses were beyond hard and impossible to have a good night sleep. The cleaning of the room whilst we stayed was very poor, with a near non existant turn down service. The food in the restaurant was fantastic but the service was far too slow.
