Review 1：There was a bit of a walk (uphills) to the hotel as it is not located in the city centre. The view from the balcony would have been spectacular, but unfotunately it was blocked by trees. The room smelled a bit moldy and was worn out.

Review 3：We had ants in our room partially due to the fact that some breadcrumbs behind the bed were not cleaned. The breakfast choices were limited - no eggs, the products served were not of the highest quality. The staff is not the most welcoming. It was a good choice for a weekend but we would not say there for more than that.

Review 4：The location is excellent - the view from the balcony was breath-taking. The accomodation is not too far from the city center, there are a few alternative paths how to get to the hotel. It was a real pleasure to eat the breakfast on the patio in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening.

Review 5：The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful - a smile or a good morning would have made all the difference! Internet access was very poor. Guests were not made aware of the facilities at the hotel - there was a sauna, bike hire and hire of table tennis equipment but we didn't find out until the last day of our stay - and that was from other guests!

Review 6：The location was good - within walking distance of the lakeside and harbour area. The rooms were spacious and clean. Good selection of food for breakfast.

Review 7：We chose this hotel because of the air conditioning that was advertised, but it did not work well. It was at least 27 C. (80 F.) in our room. Also, the management was condescending and disrespectful.

Review 9：The receptionist who checked us in at 12.15pm on 16 July was unsmiling, unhelpful and looked simply miserable; no personal skills were evident. Not a good welcome to the Pergola Panzio.
