Dating back to the 1800s, Il Casale Delle Rose is a working farm in Val di Noto. Just 2.2 miles outside Caltagirone, it serves an organic breakfast of homemade produce.
Il Casale Delle Rose has extensive grounds that include a swimming pool and a horse riding stable. Cookery classes are available on site and the restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine. Breakfast includes homemade biscuits and milk and jams from the farm.
Rooms have a rustic décor and overlook the garden and some have a balcony. All feature a fan, TV and private bathroom with toiletries.

Review 2：Beautiful farm with fruit and nut trees , vegetables and animals. Lovely pool. Room was great; including a a balcony with chairs and a table. Dinner was great. Staff very friendly.
Review 3：Wifi only worked in the courtyard, not in the rooms. Relatively few facilities compared to a hotel (but it's a farm, not a hotel as such)
