Review 1：Water pressure in the bathroom was weak around 9:00am maybe every guests was using the bathrooms at the same time. And the water flowing was dirty and full of rust coloured sediments during that period

Review 2：- the house keeping did not provide mukenah for praying - the bed sheet dirty - the refrigerator did not working, it works after ask to fixed it - the staff is not ready for a massive customer on breakfast time, they have the excuse did not expect so many guesses and the food is empty

Review 6：Awfully smelly room at the first night for a non-smoker. And the bed have blood stains, the blanket was old and dirty. Cant sleep through out the night. The second day i asked to change the room and i got a better cleaner room.

Review 8：The broken removable/portable safe that wasn't bolted down; the hotel location was in a less salubrious part of town; the room had an ant infestation; the restaurant did not have a non-smoking area and was full of smoking customers; despite a manager present he made no attempt to offer to address the problems or offer apologies for our dissafaction while we were checked out (less than 2 hours after checking in).

Review 14：The room was very dark, could do with some lamps. Rooms aren't very soundproof. We were woken up at 6 in the morning by people using the gym on the floor above us.

Problem booking airport transfer, said they didn't have a car available so sent me to reception to book a taxi, but reception couldn't call for one they could only hail from the street. Then someone said they would have a car when we wanted it so we were sent back to the business office. Confusing and unnecessary. Live music in the evenings is far too loud.

No sorry or no discount at all. Nothing. Totally rude and arrogant staff. Much better hotels in Medan can be found. Never stay in this hotel again.

Review 22：The room was spacious and had all the modern conveniences we could wish for. A large desk, TV with many cable channels, reliable WiFi and a bed so comfortable it can be hard to get up in the mornings. The bathroom was very clean and the hot shower (excellent water pressure) was one of the best I've experienced in Indonesia. The buffet breakfast is highly recommended if you're a fan of Indonesian fare. There are treats such as the Medan specialty 'bika Ambon' and hearty dishes like soto and bubur ayam. I always felt satisfied after the meal.

Review 23：We had some trouble with the AC, which started leaking at 11 pm and we had to change rooms after a very long day. Also, the wifi didn't really work in the room, which was frustrating.

So if you go out of the room, you should takr the card and leave your friend in the room without aircon and electricity or you should go together everywhere. Review 36：The only lights in the room was from the roof. No decoration in the room. Door and windows had no sound proofing to prevent the noise from the busy street and from the corridor. The extremely load karaoke made it impossible for me to visit the bar and the restaurant in the evening. Wifi was very weak in my room and not available more than about half of the time.

When I went to dine at the restaurant situated at the lobby, the restaurant lighting was dim and asked the waiter to on the lights, the waiter replied, we cant on more lights and it is like that. As an Asian Chinese, I am very particular about lights, how can you expect the guest the dine with dim lights. 2. The lift to the room floors using key card is rather workable as i had to slot more than 4 times for me to goes up the level floor which i stayed. 3. The free wifi in the room is rather bad as its keeps on disconnected. 4. The bed pillow is rather old and soft as well as the shower towel. 5. The location of the hotel is rather noises as it heavy jam and with the honing of the vehicles.
