Review 1：Kitchenette not well organised, there is no worktop, which make it difficult to cut e.g. vegetables for salad you have to do it on tablecloth.

Review 2：Location just next to natural part Maremma with nice wild beaches, easy to get there by bike, shuttle bus or car. Spacious, clear appartment, friendly staff.

Review 3：Pigeons feathers at the entrance. Pigeons fetahers in the room (one bed flat). Pigeon feathers in the pool. If you like the darn bird than you'll be at home otherwise stay away. we could not enjoy the porch we had on the ground floor or the balcony if you have the first floor. The room was not clean and there was dust everywhere. The sofa-bed was just OK; not great and the fridge had to be switched off at night as it was making so much noise. 4 days with NO cleaning involved and no towels changed or any service whatsoever and no maid to be seen. The gardener managed to come 2 days: Saturday afternoon and Monday afternoon when we trying to rest. Incredible timing. Not happy and they won't see me again. WHy would you go to Albarese anyway? just for the tour of the park. I would chose Talamone next time. HTH

Review 6：Fine, quiet location at the border of a small village in the Natural Parc of Maremma. Easy to reach nature-walking trips in and outside the parc.

Review 7：We love the location but you should be aware that it is a small village with no night life or shopping nearby. Wi-fi with better range would increase the score.

Review 8：Close to bus service to the excellent beach in Marina de Alberese. Nice pool. Good standard and cleanliness. Very quiet area. Wi-fi in reception. A couple of good restaurants on walking distance. Friendly staff
