Review 1：The room smelt a bit like the previous occupants had smoked in the room and it had not been aired properly. Very basic room - stuck in a time wrap for décor. Small TV

Review 3：We were in Room 14 - (upstairs at the back - the quietest of all the rooms..) Manager - Chatty and helpful.. If you book direct with the motel - you will save approx $15 on a "web booking fee"

Review 4：Four pieces of toilet paper left on the roll and the ends folded... Really? Replace the roll! TV antenna connection meant that pressure had to be put on the cord for it to work.

Review 5：Local pub had loud music and band which kept me awake as it was very noisy but it was the local cup day so understandable.

Review 9：Have stayed at the Elite many times and find it ideal for an overnight stay whilst travelling the New England Highway. Good to have a table and chairs to sit at for breakfast. Parking near door is convenient. Close to some good places to eat. Always very clean and quiet.
