Review 1：We had a non smoking room but there was some smoke that seemed to be coming in through the electric outlet behind the cabinet with the coffee maker when the bathroom exhaust fan was turned on. When we kept the exhaust fan off it was fine, but that problem should definitely be corrected.

Review 5：Very nice and clean hotel. The service was great, they cared a lot about our wishes and helped us a lot since we needed some medical help. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Almost everyone can speak English and give you advice about the region and day trips from Magelang. The breakfast was delicious.

Review 6：We have hiccups on the shower water - sometimes hot sometimes cold. Complained & was attended to. Good thing their response is very fast.
