Review 1：- NO WATER! We couldn't flush the toilets, take a shower or brush our teeth, no water for all the hostel, evening and next morning too, and their only answear was "this is like this for everybody" as if it was normal - You have to carry your luggage for many stairs (5 minutes) and no one is helping you! - Beds and blankets were really dirty and NO SHEETS ! - Cockroach and spiders in few rooms. - Staff really rude - We went for trekking Mt Batur and the guide lied for many points about the trip, it was not same as described. (Many promises not fulfilled). Everybody didn't like it !

Review 2：Nothing, everything was really bad. The worst hostels ever! our group has never taken an hostel like this in our whole entire life.

Review 3：Mould all over the bed, no toilet seat (why, god, why?), bad smell all over the facility, suspicious people that harass you as soon as you arrive... not a pleasant experience at all...

Review 5：Immediately hassled by the managers mate (Bob) upon arrival - AVOID AT ALL COSTS as will attempt to charge 4 times the correct price per person for Batur walk. Very poor facilities - room swarmed with dead flies and mosquitoes, no toilet seat and constant sewage smell in all rooms.

Review 7：The trucks going by making a terrible noise and billowing dust 24/7. The state of the room (2x rusty nails banged into back of toilet door for the use of hanging the towel). No wardrobe. No housekeeping at all. One of the pillows was covered in mould which I must admit did match the walls and bed head. It is not a restaurant but a basic warung. My wife was ill during and after staying at this joint. Local hoods hanging around the courtyard. We were also made to pay 50% up front at time of booking. Also we had to pay the rest on arrival. Take a tip , get this one off of your site, its not good publicity for your business
