Review 4：I had a stay of 3 days in this hotel. Everything was perfect. The owner of the hotel, Irini and all the staff was very kind, frindly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Review 6：I could barely connect into internet- it was horrible. No proper internet connection even in the reception. The breakfast could be better, when the hotel is totally booked- the employees are just running at the breakfast time to fill the buffet; so sometimes I had to wait so long to get bread/egg or anything.

Review 7：This is the second time I am staying in Theofilos. Last year I booked Theofilos and they accomodated us in Superior Hotel side. This year with same booking I was in 3 star Theofilos. For sure in terms of facilities, room size and comfort Superior is much better. Still, 3-star rooms are okay when you compare other hotels around. I like the staff, they were nice and helpful.

Review 8：-Booked mistakely to this hotel but not the superior, this the very old hotel but the photos from the new one( building,rooms,pool etc.) . I asked for a change but they said they have no room in the new one -Been there twice before but their attitude has changed since they have huge amount of guests -Stayed there two nights and each morning room service knocked the door twice from 8 o'clock in the morning, and the second day they even opened the door with their keys! -Asked for a late checkout, the response was again negative -Poor breakfast

Review 15：We were upgraded to Theofilos Superior with no charge. Also the staff was very polite and helpful.

Review 16：The hotel is at least 1.5 kilometer away from Petra Beach, not 100 meter as mentioned. Breakfast was poor, staff was few, pools were dirty.

Review 17：What is not made clear is that there are 2 hotels 1 the superior and 2 the standard. When we arrived we were taken to the standard hotel and this I would not recommend to anyone. the room was cleaned once in the week and this just entailed straightening the sheets and leaving clean towels. We also booked a double room and then told there were no double rooms. the beds had no mattress protectors. The kitchenette was just an old fridge and when we entered the room cockroaches scuttled under it. When we complained that this was not the hotel shown in the pictures they said we had booked and standard room and the pictures on booking.com are of the superior hotel. Booking.com should make it quite clear that these are 2 separate hotels. The free wi fi was unusable for most of the time. We had a wonderful holiday but the hotel was not what we had booked.

Review 20：WARNING: IT'S A FAKE HOTEL! they publish nice rooms pictures and then you"ll realise that is another hotel for that related price. Hotel is very poor with disgusting stinking rooms and the shower durty and a aircontidioning tube thta goes in it.

Review 23：There are some plumbing issues - ie, water leaking for the jacuzzi bath, no cold water-( the management knows it and say they are planning to fix them) . The breakfast is poor quality, especially the coffee, but since there is a fridge in every room -and many also have a coffee maker- you can buy your own stuff and enjoy breakfast the way you like it. ( and to be honest they don't really charge you much for it)

Review 24：All members of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and full of light- but also equipped with heavy curtains to keep it out in the morning. Fresh , fluffy towels are brought to the room every day ( my review is about Theofilos Superior)

Review 25：The room was not clean when we entered, we asked them to clean again. They changed our room to Superior. New room was not meeting our expectations either- it is more like a place you should just come and stay for night.

Review 37：Hotel is composed of two facilities: one is old and the other is brand new. Although it is brand new, there are lots of inconvenience. Bathroom door was not closing. The plug of the sink was stucked. There was a disgusting smell in the bathroom. The water closet's flush was stucking constantly. After we told they repaired the door, took care of the smell and removed the plug. When we wanted to use the extra pillow we saw that there is a big brown stain on the pillow case. The swimming pool was dirty. Breakfast was fair. During the check-out we have waited for 20 minutes, than they sent us to the other lobby and we have waited another 15 minutes for the receptionist to end the phone call. It was annoying.

Review 39：The hotel shows pictures from their superior site not from standart room site.We thought only the rooms have differencies but the hotel buildings are compeletely sperate there is anoher house between them, the breakfast is served seperately too.I also did not like the shower tab its so small and curtain sticks on to your body(imagine how small)

Review 41：I've been to Lesvos many times but this time I had a great experience with this exceptional hotel. From the moment I arrived I felt like a friend. The staff was trying their best in order to make my stay an unforgettable trip! The hotel was really clean and they would always ask you if you needed something more in your room. The breakfast was served at the beautiful terrace and there was everything you could desire from fresh orange juice to yummy omelets. The location of the hotel couldn't be better! Situated in the traditional village Petra, it was close to the center but also to the sandy beach as well. Since I'm traveling for years I have to admit that these people make the difference!! We need more like them! Excellent service! Continue the good work! I fear that this review could extend for pages, but I'll save the experience for you when you book!
