Review 1：This hotel is beautifully located up in the hills above Argegno with stunning views over Lake Como. It is an oasis of peace after the busy, noisy and slightly hair raising lakeside drive. Our room was simply furnished with a large comfortable bed and all was spotlessly clean. It appears to be a family run concern, various generations were about, sweet children playing in the gardens, a dog or two in evidence. We were made welcome and enjoyed the one evening meal we ate there. There is a track through the woods down to the town which takes about 25 mins and avoids walking on the roadside. A beautiful tranquil spot and a great base for exploring.
Review 2：We loved our stay at Locanda Sant' Anna! Our only regret, we wished we stayed longer and I read a little more about it! Serene...They have a very welcoming staff and gorgeous views! The rooms had everything we needed and was very clean and welcoming. The dinner is amazing! We were silly and didn't get a car. Need to rent a car next time. We underestimated the distance and getting there was a little tricky without a car. Getting to the airport was pricey but easy. The very sweet staff drove us there cheaper than we could get a cab and with less stress than the train. They were great people!

Review 9：It's about a 2km walk from the village up a steep path, if you using public transport. But nothing about the hotel I can mention which is negative.
Review 10：Location was great. View awesome. Breakfast was very nice. Freshly baked rolls. Rooms simply but neat. Restaurant was amazing! Overall excellent place to stay.
Review 11：The hotel was very clean and had a beautiful view overlooking Lake Como. The beds were large and comfortable. The hotel is located off of a narrow, winding drive up from the main road around Lake Como, but there was plenty of parking. The lawn outside the hotel is beautiful, and the breakfast was good.
Review 12：You need a car to enjoy this place.You can reach the hotel from Argegno on foot (I did), but it's a strenuous uphill walk (more so with luggage). There is a once-an-hour bus connecting Santa Anna village, where the hotel is located, and Argegno. I would recommend taking a cab from train station, taking a bus or if you end up walking, there is a pedestrian trail in the woods that takes you directly to the hotel. It doesn't show up on Google walking directions, but you can see it if you switch to satellite view. Don't plan to go up and down more than once a day though.
Review 13：The hotel is a really charming place atop a hill, with a good view oflake Como, picnic garden, and in a quiet area away from Argegno. Theirrestaurant, and neighbor restaurant La Griglia are fantastic!
