Review 2：Friendly and helpful staff, good food, central location in Seefeld w/in walking distance from XC skiing trails, ample parking, large ski storage shed where maintenance / waxing is also possible, late check out for a small fee, nice sauna area.

Review 3：Very friendly staff, clean comfortable spacious rooms. Great location in the center of Seefeld, 30 minutes away from Innsbruck and Garmisch. Many things to do around the area. The spa and pool were lovely as was the breakfast. We chose the halfboard option and the 5 course dinners were filling and the food excellent.

Review 4：Nice hotel, right in the centre of town. Plenty of parking, heated outdoor pool and excellent spa facilities. Very nice staff, except for one male waiter who was quite dominant, to the extent that he literally snatched a bottle of wine out of my hand so that he could pour it, despite me being reluctant to let go, which even shocked the table next to us...

Review 9：You cannot fault this place it is wonderful from the facilities to the staff. The staff engage you but not oppressively, there alway cheerful and there's nothing they won't do for you. An absolute pleasure staying here. Four star? they really should be a five star.

Review 10：Minor points - mattresses were a bit soft for our liking and the room was very hot even with the radiators switched off. These are really personal preferences though.

Review 12：Very conveniently located, in the centre of Seefeld, close to the bus station. The staff was extremely nice and helpful- especially at the restaurant. Everyday we received a leaflet with useful information about what was happening in Seefeld that day. The swimming pool was very nice and open from 7 a.m until 7 p.m. The menu at the restaurant was different every day and the food was excelent!

Review 13：Nice hotel, very clean & good location. The staff ranged from very friendly to not very friendly. Breakfast quality was great but understaffed - we asked for fresh eggs on firs morning - they never arrived. It took a very long time to get a coffee each morning and some produce ran out quickly and was not replaced efficiently. The bar staff were great and cocktails very nice. Hotel was a little expensive when compared with other resorts

The location(close to centre of the beautiful village of Seefeld) was excellent, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the room(superior) was large and very comfortable and the food was superb, the pool was incredible at a constant 30c, especially in the rain. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone

Review 42：.. hmmmm though we had booked for a double standard room... booking.com gave us a good value deal with a room details of .. modern room with a mountain view from the balcony, sofa, safe, flat screen tv and a free internet.. we asked Barbara the receptionist on where is the sofa in the room... she immediately transfered us to a room which on what booking.com has detailed it to us...Ingrid is a lady on the reception desk with full of knowledge on where we can go and see places to explore ...and what are the things you must do to enjoy it... Julieanne and Tamas was also friendly staff who served us our dinners and breakfast during our stay... a young lady I think her name is Stephanie if I am not mistaken ..phoned one of the Munich store to find out if my wife has left her credit card when she bought something....and yes ..unfortunately she left her card there and had to be cancelled as it was too late for us to go back and collect it or for the store to mail it to the hotel... staff like them must be appreciated as they make our holiday comfortable and memorable... it's such a lovely hotel with spa..gymn and a heated pool

Review 57：The hotel is situated in a village with very little to explore and ofinterest. My husband got sick and I had to cancel my Sunday spa visits.When I booked them the staff neglected to tell me I would pay 50% of thecost for cancellation. I booked the morning of our departure due to somepressure from the hotel staff.
