Review 7：The location of the apartments was great, 5 meters (literally) from the sea and 50 meters from the traditional beautiful market of Perta, but quite and peaceful avoiding all traffic. Every outside area of the apartments space was clean and well structured with a nice lake of fish in the middle and umbrellas plus garden tables for every one either on the ground or at the balconies wherefrom the sunset could be seen. Niki also was very welcoming and kind remembering even our names. The rooms were big, with great beds, nicely and formally designed with all facilities funtion at 100% (ac/dc, led tv, free wifi, fridge, kitchen etc) and were fully cleaned once a day.

Review 14：Niki made us feel like we were at home. The breakfast was wonderful including Niki's homemade cakes and pies. Petra is the right choice if you are travelling to Lesvos and if you are looking for a place close to the Petra town center, quiet and safe you should definitely go to Niki's.

Review 15：Hospitality of employees and the place owner heated our hearts with a warm vibe. I may say that cleaning of the room and hotel itself brilliant ,even done well than our own house. Hotel is located really close to old town of Petra and in walking distance to many beautiful beaches.

Review 16：We were worried because the mothercat disappeared in the middle of our holidays... thinking if something bad happened to her. Also the masses of refugees coming everyday was a problem, for the Lesvos people especially.

Review 17：We stayed for two weeks at Niki Studio Seafront. Niki was so lovely person. Room was quite small but spotless, clean and everything functioned ok. Breakfast was served in garden and it was always so fulfilling. Everyday something different. Four little kittens in the garden were soooo cute.

Review 18：Lack of a dining room. (The balcony was too small) Though we could use another larger balcony nearby. We often sat there to take the sun. The rooms could have been a tiny bit bigger.

Review 22：Lesvos doesn't have sandy beaches so Petra is the best place to stay. Beautiful picturesque Molyvos is just 5 minutes by car.( Best choice to hire motorbikes for lesvos because of curvey roads of island and longest distances is about 70 km long) Niki's appartments decorated tastefully and gives everything you need. Rooms and Garden has lovely views. Niki and his son eager to help with a beautiful smile.

Review 28：Niki Studios is quiet and calm but only a short walk from the village centre. My room was beautiful - spacious, clean and had everything I could want. The bathroom and shower are excellent. The owner is welcoming and helpful. It is very cheap for the high standards maintained.

Review 29：This is a family-owned hotel managed with 5-star precision. Our room was spotless clean. Probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever been to. The location is also great. And they were so sweet to leave a towel-origami elephant in our kid's crib. He was delighted with it. We were very happy with our stay and we would love to visit again as Lesvos is also great all around.

Review 36：First of all Madam Niki is not like a Hotel Owner, she makes you feel like you are a guest in her own house. The way she treat her guests is wonderfull. Also her stuff (unfortunately forgot her name) was wonderfull. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Every morning Madam Niki cooks delicious pastries and cakes. Location is also very good u can go tavernas cafes by walk. Next year i will definitely stay at Niki's again.
