Review 1：Only slight negative was main road noise outside window - but minor problem balanced against convenience.

Review 3：The hotel looked over lake Como and was across the road from the ferry terminal.Argegno is an unspoilt village with all the charm associated with that: no tourist shops just a few cafes and restaurants.The bathroom was modern and comfortable. The staff were very obliging.

Review 4：The road below is a bit noisy but it is fine at night as it is a quiet place. I'm sure you could ask the hotel for a room without a view if you did not want the noise of the street below. The wifi is a bit sketchy at times.

Review 5：Very friendly staff, Argegno is a pretty village, nice breakfast and the restaurant attached is good value, quick service and good food. Across the road from the ferry and bus stop, so it is excellent for public transport if you don't have a car. I had a room with a balcony and couldn't ask for much more in the way of a view.

Review 6：Hotel is right on the main road that runs through Argegno so quite a lot of traffic noise. Could benefit from air conditioning as ceiling fan did very little to alleviate the temperature we experienced.

Review 12：Staff were very informal and not very attentive. Room was cold and had to ask each night for the temperature to be adjusted, room was cold again each morning, which wasn't pleasant. This was during Christmas, so was very cold outside and would've been nice to have a warm room.

Review 21：This was a stopover on our journey home from Nice, France, so we only stayed one night. It was my husband and me, as well as another couple - no kids. Our room had amazing views of the Lake. It was refreshing to wake up and see such a beautiful sight out our glass door, even with terribly overcast skies. There is a little outdoor cafe across the street that is on the water. Sitting lakeside without a worry in the world, sipping an Aperol Spritz, and taking in the beauty was the highlight of our journey. The breakfast the next morning was definitely enough to fill us for the drive home. Our visitors from the States were introduced to European breakfast and were surprised to see meats and rolls. Staff was friendly.

Review 26：Nothing. The village is small and not much to do during the evening. Anyway nearby villages are a couple of miles away only, so no problem with that neither.

Review 28：Argegno is a fabulous place, what true Italy is all about, intimate, classy and romantic. The hotel is in a great location in the village, we stayed in an apartment for 5 days last time, this was a one night stay before travelling for the rest of our vacation to the Firenze area. We didn't eat as we were too late however managed three bottles of their house wine sitting on the room balcony overlooking lake Como - heaven! Waking up you see the lake in all it's beauty with far reaching views. A fabulous location, good hotel and great people in the village bars and restaurants.

Review 29：The room was right over the dining area and very noisy until 11pm. Woken up to them playing music before 8am. All day parking is not available. Overnight parking can be difficult to find. The extra bed in the triple room is uncomfortable and more like a travel cot.

Review 74：We booked and stayed at Hotel Argegno at the end of April, for a short Easter vacation. Everything was great, very friendly and genuinely helpful owners, food is good, for breakfast be sure to ask for a freshly made omelettes of your choice for the best result! Super food in the evening too, seafood was my favourite. Location is right on the lake front opposite the boat stop, and situated right in the middle of the small town of Argegno where there are a few bars and places to eat. The town of Argegno is in general very friendly, welcoming, and priced correctly too. To best summarise it's the sort of place that knows how to operate, offers the right quality at the right value, and you can trust. Ask for a recommended wine or a place to go and you'll be pleased. Well recommended!

Review 75：Bed was 2 singles put together to make a double, one lower than the other and springy. Female hotel staff not very friendly and unwelcoming. Can recall when wifi went down, I went downstairs to let from know and the lady's first reply in Italian was shrugging her shoulders and saying how was that then her problem. Luckily another male owner with a bit more hospitality was then kind enough to just restart the router and problem sorted.

The view from our room balcony was spectacular. Also the food in their restaurant was fantastic and very reasonably priced. Would definately recommend anyone to try it out.

Positioned Lakeside on main road opposite ferry terminal, bus stop right in front of the hotel. Next door is the Piazza surrounded by Cafe's, Restaurant's and public Parking, the hotel room was comfortable very clean with lake views from the balcony. An extensive menu to choose from and reasonably priced. Very good value for bed and breakfast.

Review 97：Very nice hotel, we had a great stay at this Hotel. The staff is very friendly and very helpful, they speak German, French, English and of course Italian! The breakfast is very good and the restaurant of this Hotel has great pizza's! The rooms are very clean and you get new towels every day.
