Review 1：There was a pretty strong chemical smell in our room when we arrived. Opening the door helped a bit.

Review 2：It's actually not a hotel but a holiday park. We were here during the low season/weekdays so no screaming kids running around. Park is really nice with a good swimming pool. We had a room near the river and the shuttle at the terrain is very welcome (steep hills sometimes).

Waited for over an hour for our snacks & beverages order delivered to the pool (pool cafe is closed) Superior & deluxe room not recommended for disabled, lots of steep stairs...royal & penthouse suites access are more disabled friendly

End of the day I enjoy the sauna from the fitnes room, and then go to apung restaurant to drink some smothies and as far you can see is the beautiful landscape..Perfecto!!!

Review 12：If you would like to have dinner or lunch in the Hotel Restaurant, be sure you are there when you are not very hungry as you gonna wait for some time for them to prepare the food. Some trainee or staff in Restaurant cannot speak well English, they may misunderstand your meaning. But the plus point is the Food in the Hotel is very cheap.

Review 13：The location of the Hotel is really not bad. It is only half an hour car ride to reach Borobudur Temple. The hotel itself have a very big space and a lot of facilities and activities. Most of the Staff in Reception counter can speak English.

Review 14：We stayed in the terratai section, room 239. Nice area but full of mosquitos, bugs and geckos. Perhaps a room that is closer to the entrance might be better because it'll be further away from the river. The bedroom seemed to be a smoking room but it seems that all rooms were like that. We had 2 geckos in our room one night and couldn't sleep because of the noises they made. We called the front desk and they send someone right away to get rid of the geckos, which was great. We thought it was close to Borobudur but it was about a 25-30 minute ride. We stayed here to be close to Borobudur but we would have rather stayed in Yogyakarta and extra night and go to Borobudur for the day.

Review 34：We stayed in the hotel so that we can easily do rafting as part of the hotel facility, but when we were going to sign up they said that all seat were booked by parties who were not the hotel guest. The hotel should prioritize the guest for such service, and spare some seat for the hotel guest

As service started early there was quite some noise, i.e. chairs scraping along the floor, food delivered, etc. Large groups of local tourists/incentive groups on Saturday and Sunday with music and sports programs came as a surprise as no announcement was given in advance.

Review 105：Our room has a sewage smell from the toilet. We have to close the toilet bowl and the toilet door. The toilet is very clean but not sure why there's the smell. There are ant's in our room, probably because my friend did not throw the food she ate outside, there is a dustbin outside our room. What can I say, the hotel is surrounded by nature.

Excellent venue for families with children, there are many activities to do- 2 pools, rafting, go-karts, badminton, etc, etc, all in lovely landscaped grounds. Bargain rates in off season, and convenient for Merapi, Borobordur and Yogyakarta. Very helpful, friendly staff.
